10/07/2025: Very disappointed with this McDonald's. Forgetting orders is unfortunately very common, and the waiting time is endless, even when there are not many people. But what shocks me the most is the manager's attitude: when we call to report an oversight, we are treated like liars and were told "my colleague is sure of himself." What a shame! Knowing that I had just come back because a happy meal had just been forgotten! Do you really think that's all I have to do? Waste time calling, eat cold food, just for two happy meal desserts that I wanted to cheat?! What nonsense! Having worked in a McDonald's myself, I know how essential it is to respect customers, to recognize your mistakes and to apologize. Here, we are far from the minimum service. It's a shame that you're the only one in Amboise, because this lack of professionalism really doesn't make me want to come back. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but here we're really making fun of the customers! A real rethink is needed.

19/10/2024: Disastrous experience. We were forced to eat with the charcuterie board, even though it was not indicated. The owner categorically refuses hot drinks with the boards. As a customer, I expect to be able to choose what I want to drink with my meal. A questionable business practice and a very unpleasant atmosphere. Avoid!

29/09/2024: BAKERY TO ESCAPE! Endless wait every time! 2 sellers serving 40 people waiting like sheep, in an endless queue! Permanently understaffed! No more quick checkout for bread! Service that leaves something to be desired....an outdated manager! Ashamed ! You should review and rethink your organization and perhaps recruit....Please note before writing this message...I have had the experience each time...And this is one time too many! Little tip, a Nardeu bakery just opposite sells good bread and it's quick!

28/09/2024: If you go to the toilet at Feuillette, go there after eating otherwise you will eat with much less appetite, I'm kind, I won't post a photo for you to see and enjoy your meal.

08/12/2024: A hello can be a plus when dealing with customers. Two times at the drive-thru and twice disappointed by the attitude of the team. I advise you not to do a click and collect, NO time saving and what's more, you'll get caught up in the hassle by the person at the checkout.... The advantage is that there are plenty of other McDonald's in Tours and for this one it's never again

05/12/2024: Being a McDonald's customer, following an order in table service, on December 4 in cheek-les-tours, I found myself paying for an order in another McDonald's located at 2lions. I was careful to respect the process. But no favor, refund... I remain very disappointed with this table service. I would advise you to review your QRcodes to avoid any misunderstandings.

13/09/2024: The kebab was frankly poorly made. The meat was dry, I ordered two sauces and only received one... Overall it is clearly not the best kebab recommended in Tours

18/09/2024: A sumptuous, divine, enchanting experience...! Determined to break away from my mundane daily life, I went to the local McDonald's restaurant. An experience that is certainly “popular” (in the sociological sense of the term) but so enriching; a real life lesson. The dining rooms are delicately decorated in an architectural style reminiscent of the glory days of the venerable Raphael. The seats are so comfortable that one would easily mistake them for celestial clouds deliberately placed by the Archangel Gabriel! The tables are cut from a wood so noble and robust that it seems to be supported by the boards used to build Noah's Ark! The atmosphere, for its part, is exquisite! A real “melting pot” of cultures and horizons. As I passed through the magnificent doors of your establishment, I had the sensation of treading on the sacred ground of Valhalla! I even learned words in a language, well, very informal but devilishly fun! Camtar, bouillave, marave... we would almost make it an Alexandrian! The meal was remarkable. Unpretentious and inexpensive, and yet...! Did I not have the feeling of being invited to the banquet of the Gods of Olympus to celebrate the marriage of Peleus and Thetis? The brioche bun on the burger was poignantly soft! The steak was so spectacularly tender...! Did one of your brave employees shoot him himself that morning? The potatoes were plentiful and gleamed like gold bars destined to become necklaces that would carry the most sumptuous royal jewels in the world! The drink, on the other hand, was so invigorating and thirst-quenching! An oasis in the desert...! The service was amazing. Seeing these brave, young recruits working hard was inspiring. The vigor of the employees responsible for the fries, the dedication of the workers at the checkouts, the professionalism of the cleaners...! Simply stunning! Let your detractors take note! All with a professionalism worthy of a financial bigwig and prose that would inspire Balzac! However, one of the employees bearing a striking resemblance to actor Rowan Atkinson is highly disconcerting! I do not wish to denigrate this TOP and gold shock team. Unfortunately this recruit sometimes seems absent and has a smug look that is truly unsettling. As I was about to leave, I decided to make my way to the bathroom to powder my nose. Unfortunately, the smell was nauseating (testimony to the success of the famous "garlic sauce", I presume?). Small point of vigilance, therefore. Many thanks for this phenomenal experience.
