12/05/2026: No complaints about the coffee, it's excellent, but what we'll remember most is the service; the two baristas were simply lovely to my niece and me!

20/07/2026: Slow service. We ordered four meals, everything was fine until the desserts: we ordered three coffee milkshakes and one vanilla, but we ended up with three vanilla and one strawberry. We used the drive-thru, so we weren't going to make the trip back. This isn't the first time there have been mistakes. We check every time, but having to taste the desserts becomes a problem, especially since they're all white, making it impossible to tell what they taste like.

19/07/2026: A disaster! McDonald's has already become pure garbage, but when you have a kid nagging you to eat there... you have no choice... Anyway, the service was awful, everything was filthy for a Sunday evening, the ashtray was full of food, so where am I supposed to put my cigarette butt? I went in, sat down at a table, used McDonald's+ to order, and thanks to the daily special, I got a free McFlurry. Perfect, I placed my order. The person (a grumpy young man) at the counter told me I wouldn't get my ice cream because their machine was broken... fine! I came all the way here to take advantage of this offer. Oh well, I asked to substitute it with any dessert, and he told me NO, impossible! We don't do that here... false advertising, and then McDonald's complains about Burger King ads that are making fun of them? I'd be the first to spread the word against McDonald's, especially the one in Loches. And then this kind of kid gets a contract at McDonald's, thinking he's superior to the customers, while other poor kids looking for work don't even stand a chance... At 37, I'm obviously not talking about myself, but about a general situation. This opinion is certainly justified in giving a reprimand, because if you want me to raise my hand and say, "I swear..." I swear to you that everything is exactly as described. Loches... surely the most beautiful city in the world, and on top of that, this experience... thanks Waze for sending me here... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

10/05/2026: A really clean McDonald's and the servers in shirts were really nice; we were just passing through Tours.

14/02/2026: Every time we come to this drive-thru, I don't understand why we always have to wait more than 15 minutes for our order, and it's always the same thing... Whereas at other McDonald's, it's not the case... A drive-thru should be fast, or at least it should be!

31/01/2026: A disaster at McDonald's, where mistakes are their greatest asset, and they tell you on the phone that it's your fault, of course. When you come back several days later to collect what you were owed, which you had already paid for, strangely enough, they have neither your name nor any record of it. You leave with a new order that you have to pay for again, hoping nothing is missing or damaged.

22/01/2026: Fast and efficient service, very friendly and professional staff, an excellent McDonald's that I recommend.

22/07/2026: I sat down to have a beer and watch the people in the square. I ordered a type of salami that came whole on a wooden board with a knife, I thought it was strange but it makes sense. Cutting it right before eating is better. The waiter was attentive and every time I ordered something I had to pay when he served it. Practical and functional.

09/07/2026: We called the day before to ask if they were taking on apprentices. They said yes. We came the next morning and were told the boss wasn't there, that he'd be there from 11:00 AM. My daughter called back in the afternoon at 2:30 PM and was told no, if we hadn't called you. I don't understand. Not cool for my daughter.

08/07/2026: We ate well and the service was quick. We had a main course, dessert, and drinks. €30 per person. There were five of us. It was very reasonable considering how much we enjoyed the delicious food! It was also a pleasure to see that there are restaurants in Tours that serve good food! Thank you and best of luck!

11/06/2026: Going to the board quite often at the beginning it was good but since the change of menus and the addition of certain dishes the sandwiches are dry there is not enough cheese or sauce and when you take a tacos on the site and the leaflet it says menus tacos fries and drink and when you take that you end up with the tacos and the drink for 13.50 I think the fries on the side can also be put .

13/07/2026: Nine customers left because the McDonald's in Saint Cyr sur Loire stopped serving ice cream at 9:30 PM. At least, that's what the staff told us, and it's also what's displayed on all the kiosks: no more ice cream available. This is unacceptable, especially during a heatwave. Of course, this isn't posted anywhere in the restaurant. Frankly, I'm very disappointed. Plus, my daughter really wanted to eat McDonald's because of the footballers' drinks, but they were out of those too, even though the meal deals were still there at the same price.

18/07/2026: The staff was unpleasant. We asked for a straw to help our two-year-old daughter drink her yogurt, and they told us it was easy enough to drink and that straws were only for milkshakes. The manager and/or team leader was awful! We had to leave in a huff to get a straw, which was then placed in an equally rude manner on the corner of the table. As for the sandwich, it looked like it was made with a catapult or with feet (let's hope they were clean!). Nothing stayed in place between the two slices of bread. The only positive point was that it wasn't crowded, so we didn't have to wait to eat. Given the atmosphere, we were glad we didn't have to wait 15 years...

31/07/2026: The service is quick, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A real pleasure! It's not gourmet food—it is a chain restaurant, after all—but it's perfectly acceptable for the price.

16/07/2026: Good, but too expensive for the small quantity. They need to review the prices or the quantities. It's unacceptable to pay 12.90 for so little.

30/11/2025: The lounge bar of my student days...1977/1982...it was the place to be in the Plum district for night owls...cocktails, mega ice creams, club atmosphere...it's sad that this nightclub is closing soon.

19/10/2025: Extremely disappointing! We were at a student event between two cities, an event we'd been planning for a long time with the bar, and on the day, they didn't open the dance floor in the basement (and there wasn't enough room for everyone). Each time, they told us they'd open it soon, but in the end, it wasn't even open at the scheduled time (they opened around 12:40 AM instead of midnight). Eventually, the students got fed up and left the event. This is a complete lack of customer service and respect.

12/05/2026: I had a wonderful time on the sunny terrace; the staff were very pleasant, and relaxation was guaranteed.

11/05/2026: Friendly lady, but charged €12.5 for a small draught beer and a coffee!
