24/08/2026: A pleasant restaurant with a decent €38 set menu. The starter was good. The main course, sweetbreads (or bellata) with tagliatelle, was swimming in sauce. There were very few pieces of sweetbread, and they were drowning in too much cream sauce. A shame and disappointing.

29/06/2026: I went to Holly’s Diner with my partner on Saturday evening, June 27th. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The waiter (Enzo) was very pleasant and smiling; it was a real pleasure to be served by him. I recommend eating there; all the staff are friendly and it's lovely to see. P.S.: Thank you to Enzo for offering to finish my order of fries at the end of his shift to avoid food waste. He understood that we didn't want to throw them away. So thank you to him :)

20/08/2026: Once seated, the four of us ordered three drinks since our child was sick and couldn't drink. The waitress told us that it was mandatory for him to have a drink. We explained that he wasn't going to have a drink because he was sick, but she insisted it was mandatory. We got up and didn't order anything. What a lack of professionalism! This young woman should learn about service, politeness, and respect.

We loved the blend of flavors and textures, and the meticulous attention to detail in the presentation and service. Everything is done to ensure the customer feels comfortable and has a wonderful time. Not to mention the emphasis on local producers, which only reinforces our appreciation. We discovered this place thanks to a gift from our children and can't wait to try their menus again when we want to treat ourselves. 🙂

06/07/2026: We set out to get a salad that looked very tempting, glancing at our neighbors as well, and in the end, my wife and I each ordered a burger: one vegetarian and the other made with real chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and other delicious toppings that delighted our taste buds. Plus, the service was excellent.

18/08/2026: This restaurant is excellent! Being a big pesto fan, I actually ordered pesto for once, and I wasn't disappointed at all—neither the taste nor the texture of the pasta was amazing! I recommend it to all food lovers who enjoy Italian cuisine 😁
