09/07/2025: A very nice experience, with 3 cheese fondue and Morbiflette on the menu for us. It was plentiful and very good. A very warm welcome and a nice atmosphere. A wide selection on the menu. Finally, some reasonably priced non-alcoholic cocktails!
06/07/2025: Five of us went to lunch this afternoon at the Comtoise tavern. It wasn't warm, and the waiter agreed to close one window but told me he wouldn't close the second one.
We ordered an aperitif, and the kirs were lukewarm. As soon as we started drinking them, our hot dishes arrived. We went there because the restaurant was well-reviewed, but we were disappointed, even though the dishes we ordered were decent.

11/12/2025: Pleasantly surprised for a first visit. Fast service, good selection, reasonable prices, very good local yogurt, and real bread.
I recommend it; you can get a balanced meal at a normal price.
10/11/2025: Good for the price, don't expect haute cuisine, but there is a variety of products. However, it's a shame that they only serve for one hour; they could extend it until 1:30 pm for people who work until 1 pm. Another drawback is that when they take a long weekend, they don't give any notice. Perhaps it would be good if the cashiers informed customers or put up signs at the entrances to avoid unnecessary trips!

25/01/2026: What a pleasure to return to Sonya and Caroline's! The cuisine is authentic, flavorful, and refined in their welcoming restaurant at the foot of the slopes. Here, the Jura region delights your taste buds. We enjoyed a morel mushroom tart paired with an organic Savagnin wine, as recommended by Caroline. We also savored Arctic char on creamy risotto and the famous Paris-Lamoura for dessert. A lovely cocktail menu and fabulous absinthes await discovery.
Of course, this comes at a price… the price of prioritizing high-quality local products, passion, and expertise! Thank you, ladies, for treating us once again, and we look forward to seeing you again soon! 😊
17/01/2026: I wasn't lucky with my choice; the Arctic char fillet was undercooked and tasteless, and the risotto had quite a bit of cream and a surprise ingredient (lentils) that wasn't mentioned on the menu. The dessert was okay.

I had the pleasure of hosting several karaoke nights at Café Français in 2025, and it was always a joy. The owners are incredibly welcoming: professional, attentive, and always in good spirits. You can tell they love their work and their customers.
The atmosphere is friendly, the regulars are welcoming to newcomers, and the evenings always unfold in a wonderfully convivial atmosphere.
The setting is vintage and authentic.
I highly recommend this place, whether for a drink during the day, a delicious meal, or to enjoy their entertainment. Thank you to the whole team for their trust and good humor!

If the order is complete, it's cold; if it's hot, things are missing... When you forget the sandwich in a meal deal, maybe you should consider a career change... Not to mention the sandwiches that are stacked high like the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the wait, and the staff's friendliness... I'm not asking for restaurant-quality service, because it's still fast food, but just at least service that matches the exorbitant prices...
In the top 5 worst McDonald's in France, I think...
PS: I'm changing my review today following my visit on February 6, 2026. For once, they didn't forget anything in the order, but they still forgot the chicken in the McChicken... I don't know which is worse...
03/02/2026: What the hell is going on?! I validated my order at the kiosk at 8pm and they brought it to my car at 9:20pm, don't you think that's ridiculous! If it's a staffing problem, they need to think about recruiting more people or changing managers.

26/01/2026: It doesn't open on time; we wait outside and nobody comes to open the door or even say a word to explain why it's not open… They just give us stupid looks 🤷🏼♀️ (I should mention that it opens at 10:30 am and it was 10:50 am). The dining area is often very dirty, there's rarely any heating inside, and the staff isn't pleasant at all (except for one or two exceptions). Ugh, everything needs to be reviewed…

04/09/2024: Very pleasant and quiet place to stay. The dining room is comfortably furnished and it's also nice to sit outside. The cooking is hearty and substantial, but requests regarding intolerance or similar can be expressed at any time. The boss and staff are extremely friendly. We would be happy to come back if we get the chance.
