02/02/2026: Hi, McDonald's was great for the low prices, but now... charging extra for sauces (ketchup, fries, etc.) is ridiculous 😂 Even in a regular restaurant, sauce is included. It's a shame, it ruins the experience.

01/02/2026: We've been using the drive-thru several times now, and each time the sauces are missing, even though we ask for them and point it out. We're fed up with eating nuggets without Chinese sauce 🥲

18/01/2026: I came here today, Sunday, January 18, 2026, around 7:45 PM. The takeaway service was terrible. It's not the first time I've complained about the fries being cooked (cold, white, undercooked). When I called the manager on my way home, I reported the same problem: cold, undercooked, white fries. She told me they had changed the recipe and that it was impossible for the fries to be undercooked. But I'm not crazy, or almost, from constantly complaining about the same thing. Because yes, I did notice that the fries weren't cooked when I tried to eat them; they were dry, tasteless, and mushy. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. It's all well and good to want to increase sales by raising the menu prices and to offer me a discount with every order, but meanwhile, the problem remains the same and is never resolved. And to top it off, the manager interrupts me and tells me she's very pleased to know I'm not a mind reader and doesn't know about the change in the fries recipe. I find it pathetic that they don't admit their mistakes and don't even offer an apology or anything.

16/01/2026: Takeaway order: on one meal and one ice cream, the shakefries (paid extra) were missing. No sauces. And the ice cream was missing the coulis. In other words, a deplorable experience.

09/12/2025: The young man at the drive-thru asked me to go to the parking lot with a smile, and I only waited about 10 minutes—super fast! The young woman brought my order back to me with a huge smile. I often come to the drive-thru and I regularly run into her; she always offers to say "Hello McDonald's," which is always nice. Nothing to complain about, it was perfect, both for her and for the young man. Thank you to them and to the whole McDonald's team!

31/01/2026: My husband and I stopped by on Friday for breakfast. The place was spotless, and the woman who served us was very kind and smiling. Perfect for a quick and pleasant breakfast.

27/01/2026: An increasingly poor experience: orders were forgotten, it took over 30 minutes for a few sandwiches, and there was no communication whatsoever. Furthermore, the mobile app is completely useless because it's not even supported by staff. Why not disable the app in your area if you know it doesn't work? It's all about waiting, waiting, and more waiting. Isn't that a bit ridiculous for a fast-food restaurant?
