10/07/2026: This is the second time I've ordered something, and there's always something missing. The employees respond with a complete lack of respect. Again at lunchtime, the manager at the drive-thru was incredibly rude. When I moved forward a little too far, she yelled "hello" twice as I tried to back up. Tonight, my son ordered McDonald's fries and cheddar for 4.90, and there was just the bottom of the box. They're really taking us for fools. I think there's been a complete decline in quality at this restaurant for some time now. They were also supposed to add something missing from a previous order, but they still haven't, even though I paid for it.

07/07/2026: Hello, I placed a takeaway order in the parking lot today. The order was successfully placed in Marmande. After 40 minutes, I had to go back inside to collect my order. When I got back, I was met by a blonde woman who clearly didn't care and wouldn't listen to me. On top of that, she started accusing us of having the wrong restaurant location. After checking, it turned out they were the ones who had made the mistake. Another gentleman was also complaining that he had been waiting for 35 minutes. After receiving my order, I went home, and there was another order error, missing items. There's always a problem with this restaurant. Not even an apology, the food was cold, and there was no gesture of goodwill. Honestly, you need to change your staff; this is unacceptable. Especially since the restaurant wasn't even that crowded. 20/10/2025: At €25 (on average) for couscous, it's not something you could treat yourself to regularly. The decor is warm and typically oriental.

09/10/2025: Unfortunately, it's not open yet. Come back at the end of November. God willing!

22/05/2026: I went to McDonald's to try the new menu. To my surprise, there was one less hamburger. They were supposed to call me back the following Monday, but of course, nothing. Completely unprofessional, and they didn't keep their word. A week later, still nothing. In short, they don't care about their customers.

19/05/2026: I don't like ordering from kiosks at all, but for grabbing a quick snack, like a mini ranch, to eat on the way home from the train station, it suits me perfectly. I find it quite convenient.

05/06/2026: An order of 30 items that were from the day before. The Swiss cheese, priced at €2.50, is dry and also from the day before. This bakery is a rip-off, pathetic!

30/06/2026: A disastrous experience! Frankly, it's a disgrace to serve orders in this state. The fries were barely filled; you pay for a portion but receive a half-empty box. With McDonald's prices these days, it's simply outrageous. The sandwiches were just as pathetic: an enormous amount of lettuce masking the lack of other ingredients, patties that slipped and fell out as soon as you opened the burger—impossible to eat properly. It felt like the burgers were thrown together haphazardly, without any quality control whatsoever. Given the prices, you expect at least a properly prepared order. Between the ridiculously small portions and the poorly assembled burgers, it was a deplorable experience. Perhaps it's time to show a little more respect for customers who are paying more and more. A huge disappointment; I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

12/07/2026: No ketchup and very little sauce in the burger, almost no salad inside, fries barely salted, mistake in the order, no ice in the drinks, order number s/p 4719, rack 101

10/07/2026: Drive-thru: A disaster! The service was incredibly slow, and I got a wrap without bacon or tomato! A combo meal without sauce! Oh, and on top of all that, the salad was missing... €26 for that! I won't be back.

16/07/2026: I waited over 20 minutes for my set menu order, even though there were only 3 tables. The service was very slow, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and ice was dripping down the side of the bin. Very disappointed.

16/07/2026: Several times I've ordered from Tonneins, the burgers are always poorly made, and the McFish are always without sauce.
