31/07/2026: Good evening. I tried to order through the McDonald's app for delivery, but it's impossible, even though it usually works perfectly. I'm very disappointed. I'm a loyal and regular McDonald's customer.

28/07/2026: My son had water, and the cups had discoloration marks from previous drinks and bite marks on the rims (it doesn't make me want to go back to this place). I'm not convinced about the reusable service.

16/08/2026: Very good lunch time dining. Great choice and service. Easy parking. Hope to dine again soon. Just a coffee this am but excellent.

12/08/2026: Whatever you do, don't book for three people if you're only two; the owner won't serve you. A word to the wise.

31/07/2026: The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and professional, which is truly appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the premises, and especially the restrooms, clearly leaves much to be desired. The photos speak for themselves: the floors and the door were very dirty, which doesn't give a good impression of hygiene. Finally, the kebab was unfortunately far too salty for our taste. It's a shame, because with better maintenance of the premises and a better balance in the seasoning, the experience would have been much more enjoyable.

24/07/2026: It's a generous portion, no doubt about that, but the fries are barely cooked and the meat is very fatty and undercooked too... and the homemade bread? I have my doubts.

26/07/2026: I went there for the first time last night, and it was absolutely fantastic in every way. The kebab meat was superb, and I'll be back very soon.

19/07/2026: Avoid this place at all costs, the welcome and service were terrible, we left without eating after waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes even though our order had been taken, they literally treated us like idiots.

29/05/2026: Was hoping to go there for dinner but the man turned us down because we didn’t have a reservation all for other people to come in as they please and not to mention all the seating inside was free too. We believe that it may be because we were tourists as we can’t think of any other explanation. Very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone hoping for a meal.

01/08/2026: Damn... pay attention to your orders!! Either something is missing or the order is wrong. It's not the first time, it's getting annoying. An iced coffee is not a hot one.

28/07/2026: Great! It's not often that a McDonald's is this good. Fast and high-quality service.

24/07/2026: We're eating a hot meal. However, the two managers berating the employee in front of all the customers is really awful, it's incredibly off-putting. The poor guy gets grades and reprimands in front of everyone. Don't you have an office? What kind of way is that to treat people? And next to it, there are McDonald's job postings... NO WAY, what a humiliation!!

24/07/2026: 17 euros for a meal that includes 3 potatoes, unheard of!

19/05/2026: Bought coffees but would not let us enjoy them on her patio because we had baked goods from next door. Coffee was good.

12/08/2026: EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT! Market day, sweltering heat, and not even allowed a drink! At 12:30 PM, you're only allowed to eat... And yet it's a bar!!!! The waitress even had to forcibly remove three tables!!!! She should find another line of work...

10/08/2026: What a disappointment. The sandwiches are tiny; on the plus side, the bread is good. There's practically nothing to eat in the Caesar salad. 25 euros for two set menus and we were left wanting more. The service was very good.

05/08/2026: Convenient for a quick bite The establishment is well located opposite the hotels and allows for an efficient meal on the go. However, we found the prices rather high/too high considering the quality of the food offered. The number of seats is also quite limited, which can make it difficult to find a seat during peak hours. Overall, it remains a convenient option for a quick meal, but the value for money could be improved.

29/01/2026: 10/10 Best burger in France! I visited at 6.30 on a Thursday, I had what looked to be the first Guinness of the evening and it was really really good. The staff were amazing. I've been loving in France for over a year and bacon an cheese burger is my go to anywhere I go , this was by far the best bacon and cheese burger I have experienced in France!! The fries were also really amazing!! I can not recommend this place enough! It was quiet at 6.30 on a Thursday , but honestly I can't understand why. My partner had the classic burger and she also agreed the food was amazing! Thanks for the service and amazing food!

26/07/2026: Was like most other,big clean. But no number board to know when it's ready. Chips were cool. But everything else fine

04/08/2026: Personally, I've been to all the McDonald's in the Manche region, between Avranches, Saint-Lô, Isigny... well, Coutances is much better, it's really quick to be served, the manager Leo is top-notch, super friendly with customers, since I've been going to this one I haven't found anything to complain about, keep it up, a top-notch team.
