12/06/2025: Ok, but not great. The dishes were a bit lacking in flavour. We had the feeling that it was not so clean (glasses and cutlery were sticky, also the bottle of water was sticky on the outside).

08/12/2025: I'm a delivery driver. I went to pick up an order around 4 PM. A man offered me a taste of the leftover milkshake; it was so good! I grabbed two milkshakes on my way out, one for myself and one for my wife. Perfect!

16/01/2026: Very disappointed with this so-called fast food place that's supposed to be quick. We've been waiting for 45 minutes for our order. The staff seems overwhelmed, but what is the owner doing? There were 30 of us waiting for our orders, it was a disaster. I definitely don't recommend this KFC; you're much better off going to the McDonald's across the street. At least you're sure to get your order on time ;)

16/01/2026: Over 30 minutes wait for a fast food restaurant, only one person on duty during rush hour. The food arrived cold. An organizational disaster.

29/01/2026: Very clean McDonald's, great staff atmosphere. They take customer requests into account. The wait time was surprisingly reasonable despite being in a busy area.

09/07/2025: You have to order at the bar but nothing is specified, hence the wait...limited waiter...this business is not clean...avoid

05/07/2025: The waiter? Gracious as a creaking prison door. He greets you with as much warmth as a tax notice. I've rarely seen such a haughty guy!

16/01/2026: The restaurant was empty, and we waited 15 minutes for cold sandwiches and fries. Back to the counter. The employee wanted to microwave them! The manager agreed to remake the tray anyway. He brought it back to the table, and we got a lecture!! Unacceptable. You don't speak to customers like that, especially when you're in the wrong!

09/12/2025: Honestly, just the beer. For the rest, you need to make an effort. We're in France, the land of gastronomy. It's better to speak English to properly welcome customers.

21/01/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been here. I placed my order at the takeaway kiosk. The wait was reasonable, 10 minutes. Hardly anyone was in the dining area. A maximum of 10 customers. I drove home, less than 5 minutes away. And then, a huge disappointment. Cold fries. Cold burgers. Cold wraps too. Great, nothing's changed. Still the same problem. Lack of coordination between the staff when preparing food. I'll go to the competition... it's further away, but at least the food is hot when I eat it at home. I've lived in Ludres for 25 years... long before this McDonald's opened!!! Honestly, it's getting worse and worse over the years!!! And there's no point in telling me you're sorry. That you'll talk to your teams, etc... It doesn't change anything!!! Blah blah, always the same old story! I CONFIRM! BLAH BLAH. I COME BACK A YEAR LATER, after having decided never to come again, and still, cold fries, etc....

18/01/2026: Overall, nothing to complain about, but I'm giving it 2 stars because every time we use the click and collect service in the parking lot, the sauces for the fries are missing. Of course, we ask if they're included and they say, "Yes, yes, they're in there," when they're NOT! Stop saying yes when it's not true.

05/07/2025: A very bad experience. I ordered an American burger 15 minutes beforehand. When I arrived, my order had been forgotten, hygiene standards weren't respected, the two young people working there were completely disorganized, no welcome, poor service. The American burger was dry, the fries were greasy and had no potato flavor, and the steak was very low-quality. In short, even if I lived 100 meters away, I would never go back. Even the industrial burger at the nearby Carrefour is better.

31/12/2025: I went to get some food during my lunch break. The waitress was talking to her colleague while I was placing my order, and when I wanted to eat my dessert, there was mold in it. Too late to go back as I was at work.

06/09/2025: Perfect and the speculoos cheesecake was delicious.

23/01/2026: Ordered through Uber Eats and once again an item was missing. This time, it was a drink. In short, the delivery was great, but there was no way to get our drink back.
