12/02/2024: It's sad to see a pillar of fast food after all these years but the quality has rarely been there, I will miss this place more out of nostalgia than out of a real lack of food. it's always sad to see our city of Nancy lose its pioneers.. hoping that things go well with cheaper rents and owners who think about the attractiveness of our beautiful city

A manager who does not take responsibility for her words who is aggressive and allows herself to say that it is the customer who is. Only put 4 photos here but there are others. Customers came to tell me that I was right but did not dare to tell the manager

16/09/2024: Always forgetting... always the same teammates twiddling their thumbs... it's starting to get worse from week to week. I thought reading was a no-brainer for doing this job... if now we have to check every single thing inside every box, we might as well do their job for them.
Update 16/09: it would be better to put napkins when taking takeaway… + know how to line up 1 slice of cheese, 1 steak on 2 loaves at the same time

13/08/2024: The place is friendly, the owner too, but however the food does not live up to my expectations, the price is too high, and he does not take the credit card, which forced me to go and withdraw money from the other end of town is not very convenient. Too bad because I had better expectations from a French sandwich shop! I really don't recommend it, I unfortunately say it reluctantly. Decent buttered ham, American much too dry "country bread" on the window but it's no longer there like the baguette from Auchan.
