08/12/2024: Fuimos a Macdonalds a tomar una bebida caliente cada uno del café. El lugar estaba lleno de gente un montón de colas. Necesitaba ir al baño. Había una barrera para la larguísima cola de las damas. Una señora estaba presente pidiendo un recibo o 1 euro. No lo había hecho, ya que la señora del café lo había tomado cuando nos dio nuestras bebidas. La asistente fue muy grosera y exigió un billete o un euro agitando los brazos. Le expliqué y finalmente abrió la puerta de un inodoro para que yo lo usara. El inodoro era asqueroso y no tenía asiento de inodoro y la puerta no se cerraba. Teniendo en cuenta que mientras estaba en la cola se llevó 5 euros uno pensaría que Macdonalds habría guardado mejor los baños. ¡Decepcionante y repugnante!

08/10/2024: Mientras compraba en los Campos Elíseos, mi hija tenía calor, hambre y necesitaba usar el baño, así que paramos aquí. Estaba muy ocupado, pero no tomó demasiado tiempo para obtener nuestra comida. Me encantó ver los diferentes alimentos que tenían en comparación con los Estados Unidos. Un baño estaba disponible por una tarifa. Mucho asiento arriba. ¡Me alegro de haber pasado!

15/09/2024: I couldn't pay by card at the kiosk, so I went to the front desk, but there was no one there so I waited for over 5 minutes. After 15 minutes of ordering, the food didn't come out. Since I had planned to eat quickly and move on to meet my family, I didn't have time to protest so I just left. It was an experience I really don't want to remember.

18/08/2024: Very disappointed by this last experience at the Frog, even though we used to come here after our cinema session. First of all, the waiter tells us as soon as we arrive that the kitchen will soon close. No problem. We place an order without offering us the different accompaniment options. On arrival the fries were reheated, the burger not great. And finally the waiter presents us with a receipt, forgetting a beer that he says he is offering us, only to finally count it for us when he sees that we are paying in cash...

We were served by a waiter who did not know how to speak French, if only he could at least understand it, but no, we had to translate our choices into English for him... Hiring staff who come to France to learn French is is entirely respectable, but it would be nice if the waiter at least learned the menu by heart so that we don't have to translate the dishes, drinks, etc. for him. in English. Wait it doesn't end there, otherwise I wouldn't have been so blunt in my rating. For dessert, I ask for vanilla milk foam. The waiter brings me a type of cake made with white chocolate and shaped like an orange wedge. I ask him if it is really vanilla milk foam, he tells me yes. I go back to sit down, I take the menu and there I see “chocolate-orange mousse” written in the desserts. I realize that in addition to having served me the wrong dessert, he himself does not know the menu since he confirmed to me that he served me the "vanilla milk foam". Back at the counter, I go to see the waiter or bartender (honestly I didn't really know what it was for, well I went to see the only one who obviously seemed to speak French fluently), I ask him if the dessert served is indeed a mousse of vanilla milk. He confirms to me that yes, then after a few seconds of insistence on my part he ends up going to call the boss because I doubt him. The chef arrives, the highlight of the show, he speaks no better French than the poor, sheepish and clumsy waiter. I ask him if it's really a vanilla milk mousse, he confirms that yes, then I show him the card, and he points to the "chocolate-orange mousse". He starts by telling me that it's the same thing, then he doesn't understand, and finally he ends up telling me (with gestures of course since he doesn't speak French) that vanilla milk foam doesn't work. is no longer part of the map. Wait, it's not over. Obviously I leave the dessert on the counter, I make them understand that it's not what I ordered so I won't eat it. I go back to sit down and yet another waitress comes to bring me yet ANOTHER DESSERT, this time it's a cookie with a kind of little vanilla mousse on top of the cookie. The cookie is the circumference of a finger of 7cm, the height of the mousse above the cookie should be 1cm, 2 to break it all. And the waitress has the nerve to tell me that I can have this dessert and eat the mousse on top, that apparently it's the same thing... I was ready to give them 2 stars for the dish which was not bad, but after this stupidity I decided to lower my rating. [EDIT] I added the photo of the card to prove that there is a real ambiguity on the desserts: it says "soft cookie", then a comma and a newline separate the "vanilla milk foam" ... I could actually have been wrong about the reading of this dessert, but in any case, the waiter did not bring me the right dessert from the start. Whether he speaks French or not is not the problem, it is a lack of training of your staff...

24/09/2024: Didn’t eat but had a drink. This place is so cool and right next to moulin Rouge. Only reason I didn’t have the best of times was because some of the guys made me uncomfortable and I ended up leaving but that wasn’t the bar’s fault. I’d go back again but not alone
