I've been going there for a few months now, and it's clear that it's the best chip shop in the area, excellent fries, excellent dishes too (I've had the chance to try a lot of them, never disappointed). 27/08/2024: We were passing through the area and I wanted to book for my partner's birthday. What to say? The truffades were okay although we don't have a comparison because it was our first time. I was still expecting potatoes to be cooked a little to smother them and not just cut into slices and cooked in a pan. The frog legs weren't bad but were a little undercooked, only the breading was golden. The waitress made us feel welcome as we were seated inside; what a mistake! The boss who I think is also the husband of the waitress and alone in the kitchen; we can hear him moaning; muttering in his kitchen... he bitches at his wife in front of us; complains that he has 6 customers including 6 different dishes... we were really pissing him off! In short... We didn't feel comfortable at all... Great for a birthday! Fortunately the waitress gave us a small discount because she served us the frog legs without accompaniment.

23/08/2024: While passing through Clermont Ferrand we had dinner at this restaurant. Fresh products home cooking I recommend it if you are in the region you will not be disappointed. Hearty and very good

Machines that allow you to have a great time Beyond the casino, Saint Nectaire really deserves a longer visit, so as not to miss its petrifying fountains, cave and walks in this very picturesque little town.

14/09/2024: We regularly visit this restaurant with friends, colleagues or family, and it is always a real pleasure to be there. The establishment has a particularly attractive and warm atmosphere, which makes it an ideal place for any type of meeting. Additionally, the restaurant is well located — in an accessible location, not far from public transportation stops, making access much easier for many customers. In the past, everything in this restaurant was impeccable: the quality of the dishes, their presentation and the service always met our expectations. However, recently we have noticed some changes that concern us, and we would like to respectfully bring these to your attention. First of all, the presentation of drinks and dishes has become less neat. For example, juices, which were once served perfectly chilled, are now often lukewarm, detracting from the experience. Similarly, Pepsi is served with less gas, which alters its taste. As for the dishes, their presentation, once neat and appetizing, has unfortunately lost its refinement. We also noticed a reduction in the portion of fries: even when ordering a large portion, we now receive less than before, which is disconcerting. Additionally, on particularly hot days in summer, it can be quite stuffy inside the restaurant, which creates a less pleasant atmosphere and makes the experience less enjoyable. An improvement in air conditioning or ventilation would certainly be appreciated to improve customer comfort. We would like to express our deep respect for your establishment, where we have always appreciated the quality of the service and dishes. However, we hope that these observations will be taken into account in order to restore the level of excellence that has made the reputation of this restaurant. We are confident that with these small adjustments, your establishment will remain a pleasant and welcoming place where we will always be happy to return.

01/05/2024: I came out still hungry... For almost 10€ it's excessive the size of the kebab is ridiculous.

16/08/2024: It's a damn joke... the restaurant says open until midnight on the door, until 11:30 p.m. on Google hours, and when I show up at 10:35 p.m. (yes sorry I work until late) trying to open the door in vain, with the "cook" leaning over a work surface who doesn't even glance over to come and apologize...and who leaves 20 minutes later...I find that extremely borderline. I suspect that it's fantastic to have your own restaurant to work as you want, but if you don't respect your own schedule, you don't risk building a good reputation.

07/09/2024: We spent 2 nights at Mont Dore and deplored the coldness of many traders…. An exception for this bar where the waiter (ex Parisian 😉) welcomes his customers quickly with humor and good humor; In short, we found the perfect place for our aperitifs (excellent spritz!!).

14/09/2024: We had a nice time and ate well at a reasonable price for two. The dishes are local and home-cooked. Friendly and efficient staff. You can eat inside even if a little small. We recommend.

22/08/2024: Mc Donald's above average. The room is pleasant and very clean. The service is fast and friendly. That day we had the Greek burger.

20/08/2024: I had a Caesar salad, I don't recommend this very green salad!!! Bofff cheese when it comes to nugetts Euuh!! a single sachet of sauce not enough to get all that down so what the heck split the price!!!!!!!! 4euros50 no more.....

09/08/2024: Ordinary cuisine, the glass of wine is served to you in the cubis behind a bar, the blue cheese sauce leaves something to be desired, the entrecôte looks like a steak, the choice of liqueur for the kir is strict (only blackcurrant), a large box empty on a pallet serves as decoration behind the window and the dust is not cleaned on the window sills (dust and dead insects), the service leaves something to be desired... All for the modest sum of more than €75 for 2 people (main course, dessert and aperitif) this type of so-called semi-gastronomic restaurant is a shame or we don't have the same requirements at all.

06/09/2024: Quite above price too high 5€ the mint for a quantity which leaves one desired at this price. Toping in addition of 1€ so far no problem but same quantity very small... 20 € for two waffles two hits never again.

25/09/2024: I waited 15 minutes to have a coffee sitting at a table, no one came to take my order, although the waiter saw me clearly.. So I left

10/08/2024: Very poorly received by the waitress, speaks badly and almost yells at you. I'm used to going there, but his attitude needs to be reviewed. The hard pancakes make you wonder if they are not from the day before.
