Et avec un peu de « chance » tout sera froid.
19/09/2024: 3 sauces when we have 20 nuggets, potatoes and fries, I ask for 1 more sauce and it becomes execrable!
I think he has to pay for the sauces out of his own pocket!

21/09/2024: 11 p.m.: 1 terminal working on 8. Terminal connection problem: does not take the order and sends me back to the counter to place the order. In the kitchen: everyone busy and in my opinion understaffed. I wait for someone at the counter: the guy tells me he's going to call someone else... in short, I go out to try the drive and there's the sketch: a first guy who finally tells me that 'he's going to call someone to take the order...I'm waiting...and a second person starts to take the order but gets stuck and tells me that he's going to ask a 3rd person to take the order...
I ended up leaving.
In my opinion, there was a shortage of staff because they seemed to no longer be able to cope...

In addition, you should know that their composition is frightening, as well as the frying oil in which they are immersed: hydrogenated soybean oil, butylhydroquinone, silicone oil (dimethylpolysiloxane), sodium pyrophosphate, polydimethylsiloxane (which we also find in shampoos, to prevent the oil from foaming).

04/06/2024: An incredible experience. Lost in the countryside, a chef and his team perform an extraordinary magic trick for an hour. Fresh products, daring recipes, and sophisticated trompe-l'oeil. Everything is excellent. Two appetizers, starter, main course, dessert, an extraordinary cannelé with coffee, and a small chocolate cake as a gift for the road. We didn't touch the alcohol, due to the road, but the cart invites you to taste it. Thank you for this moment of pure pleasure.

I have been a local guide for Google for 10 years now and frankly I am more than delighted with our visit to MAISON LASSALAS👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Upon our arrival we were cordially welcomed by Florence whom I thank for the quality of her listening, her professionalism, her kindness, her benevolence, her wise advice AND HER HUMOR!.
Bravo to her and to the quality of the store's products.
Obviously I will follow all the other opinions on:
1- The famous blueberry treat!!!! Unmissable and so good!
We enjoyed it outside and I brought some back to enjoy again at home.
2- the ham croissant! My god they were good!!!! A delight !
3- the Chicken puff pastry - Morels....mmmm a treat!
4- the sausages: I took the classic and I don't regret my choice, well recommended by Florence.
5 - cheeses:
For my part, Salers Saint-Nectaire and Fourme de Rochefort delighted our taste buds...
So this 5 out of 5 is more than well deserved!
Bravo once again to Florence (like the city 😅😉) and its team we will not fail to return 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
And as promised, the bottle of Salers gentiane that I already had in my possession
