The food is refined and expertly prepared, while the cocktails are made with great precision by the bar team. The servers are attentive and go out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your visit.

The burrata with truffle oil is simply divine. The non-alcoholic beers are organic and flavorful.

14/09/2025: We received a very warm welcome and really enjoyed the warm atmosphere of the restaurant.
We were able to taste the famous Savoyard potence, a delight! The meat was tender and the show is worth the detour. It's true that it's a bit on the budget, and we wouldn't order it every day!
Next time we'll try the raclette, which looked just as incredible.
I recommend booking, because even if there's space, seats fill up quickly.
19/08/2025: L'Escale Gourmande is without a doubt the best restaurant in the resort! We come here every winter and summer with our family. We are always warmly welcomed by the entire team. The menu is diverse and the dishes are very generous. We have a soft spot for the mixed potence and its gratin🤗.
It's always a real pleasure to come back.

27/02/2026: The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the service was impeccable (there were 12 of us), and the food was excellent. We had a wonderful time as a family.
We highly recommend this place on the slopes!

14/02/2026: Went there a few times this week .what a great bar with good selection of drinks staff a good bunch of people. Live music crazy hour4-5pm .Nice warm fire as we got caught in the avalanche warning so no skiing on Thursday. So hot tub at chalet then la mine at 4pm .🙂

15/03/2026: An adventure to get there. The food was excellent - plentiful, flavorful, local products, locally sourced and fresh. The service was exceptional. The gift store was a pleasant surprise - lots of gifts to take home.
15/03/2026: Came here as a group of 5. Pretty dissapointing, generally found the food to be quite bland, the lamb and trout in particular very average. Friends had the raclette which was fine but it’s just raclette - can’t really mess up melted cheese. Walk up was pretty and the server was nice. Negroni was a thimble size and don’t think the barman knew the measurements. Suprised by the high google reviews tbh considering the cost.
