21/04/2024: Party on a stag party, 10 of us arrived without reservation, we were treated to a great welcome and top-notch service, the cuisine was excellent and varied, and fresh, quality produce. All staff and great kitchen included. Group photo at the end of the clap. To do and redo. Thank you for this time spent in your establishment.

05/04/2024: Great stay, Cyril and all the members of the team took great care, always with a kind word and genuine attention. It was a successful romantic weekend with a spa treatment and sauna. We also took advantage of the group's restaurants which delighted our taste buds. The Michelin-starred restaurant is very friendly, we enjoyed being able to have an aperitif and coffee on the patio by the fire. Thank you for this suspended moment, we will return to sunny days.

03/04/2024: Gourmet stay offered to our parents. Broken bedroom taps and no pressure in the shower. To this they were told that "the establishment had to carry out work but that this did not happen overnight" or better "that they were informed of the lack of pressure but that it was normal when everyone was taking a shower at the same time” What professionalism for this type of establishment… No action taken. After complaining, I'm still waiting for the hotel manager to call me back... 10 days later still nothing... just an email to delay the call... Wonderful! Only the restaurant was a very good time for my parents with very professional and pleasant staff and an excellent dinner. A glass of champagne was offered to them as an apology. In short, a very good table. Quality of the room to be reviewed, only the bedding is up to par. Quality/price/star ratio of the hotel definitely worth reviewing!

26/03/2024: While passing through Forge les Eaux, we happened to find this restaurant, very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the welcome, the absolutely delicious cuisine, very good value for money, I highly recommend this restaurant

23/03/2024: Dialogue with staff is almost impossible; they don't understand what is being asked of them and respond off the mark. I ask them if taking a cookie off the menu is the same as taking the cookie on the menu (at the same price) and I am assured several times that yes it is the same price (2€50 off the menu) whereas if I take it from the menu it goes from 11.90 to 14.90 (i.e. 3€). Simple math that is apparently too complicated... I'm made to look like an idiot... I love it. In addition, I ask for the supplement (70 cents) by taking the 3 tacos menu if I can vary and take 2 guacamole tacos and 1 chorizo ​​tacos so that it only amounts to one supplement. They tell me yes and finally they charge me 2 supplements?? Chorizo ​​+ guacamole? So put chorizo ​​+ guacamole on all my tacos, right? In short, a deaf speech with employees who remain in their positions even when we kindly explain to them that we do not understand and who seem more than annoyed that I am trying to understand... Despite all this it was still good I recommend (but don't ask too many questions about the final price)
