10/05/2024: so depending on the times the staff can be friendly but generally they are very bland... you have the impression of bothering them... yet they are not necessarily overwhelmed by work... but I think the worst is the cleanliness or rather the dirt of the establishment... there is still someone who cleans the tables just before closing but when we arrive there is always food on the floor, questionable traces... the children's play area is never cleaned, urine was even found on the seat of the shoe cabinet as well as on the floor nearby... the toilets are really filthy, both in terms of the smell and the visual aspect, urine everywhere, I honestly felt nauseous even though I need more than that to bother me. I don't believe the comments that claim that the places are clean and I even prefer to post photos to prove it

09/05/2024: By far the best McDonald's compared to those in the neighboring towns! Despite the obvious changes after the work, I still enjoy coming to your house as much as I did when I was 5 years old 🤌🏽

A shame this McDonald's, order taken at 12:00 p.m., arrived at 12:40 p.m. the drinks arrived with ice cream and 2 sandwiches, staff completely overwhelmed, inactive, the happy meals did not arrive after 50 minutes, we requested a refund which was made, we went to Chambly just after served in 5 minutes,

01/04/2024: So I came by on Monday April 1st. Arriving at my order, I ask for a fillet of fish maxi with both without ketchup and with the points I am entitled to a sandwich. I make it clear to the saleswoman maybe it's not her fault she didn't hear so I ask to have another sandwich the manager prefers to collect the old sandwich, throw it away, and say that it's It's McDonald's policy to give it to me while recognizing its wrongs

27/03/2024: Order placed last night at the drive-thru. Very fast order taking as well as collection. I've never seen a McDonald's so fast between taking the order and delivery, I didn't even wait... I had a doubt which was quickly erased, I thought the food was cold but on the contrary it was excellent and the welcome from the staff was impeccable and very professional. Everything was there, sauces and napkins... flawless! Thank you other mc donald's should take example.

26/03/2024: This stop at the Epicure gardens was not a successful experience. We move on to the bedroom, which is rather pretty but whose curtains, which are also torn, allow daylight to pass through because as the wall is sloping, this leaves a huge space between the curtain and the windows. Morning wake up ! The worst was the restaurant which calls itself gourmet! It’s really only the name that is! First the service: 4 people at the start of the meal then as if by magic, only one young girl completely overwhelmed from 9 p.m.!. The cooks have a drink at the bar but it's difficult to get a digestive The worst is on the plate! For 45 euros per person, a bland starter and a "revisited" beef bourguignon which again only seems revisited because it is served in a bowl: A piece of dry beef with 2 carrots and 1 potato in a small glass of broth. Then a dessert, also “revisited”: a pancake rolled and cut into 5 pieces We feel that the staff is completely abandoned by one of these groups (they have 4 establishments) who invent themselves as hoteliers/restaurateurs. No direction, no soul... A step at 300 euros that I do not recommend!

25/03/2024: Thank you for this evening, we had an unforgettable time for my wife's birthday. Wonderful establishment, idyllic setting, the dishes are very good, refined as well as the wine, no false notes and the staff are attentive to our needs and full of kindness. Well done to the team!!! 10/05/2024: Visit on May 9, 9 p.m. The place is disgusting, coke spilled all over the establishment, the puddle cleaned up after 3 hours despite the fact that a child fell in it. The employee instead of apologizing, yells at him. Imagine a pregnant woman falling because of their filth! The whole establishment is dirty, their tables their chairs. And their menus are always missing something. Even in the sewers it's cleaner. To flee !!!

09/05/2024: Take a McDonald's drive-thru and arrive home with the opened drink spilling all over the fries and the impossible-to-eat burger!
