23/06/2026: Le Moulin des Gypses is a place you'll find hard to leave. This historic setting exudes a peaceful and exotic atmosphere. José gave us a very warm welcome and even anticipated our needs. The wines he and Yves produce are of excellent quality at very reasonable prices. The accommodations are very spacious and spotless. The swimming pool is very large with plenty of sun loungers. It's ideally located for sightseeing.
17/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome and were extremely attentive throughout. They introduced us to local products and produce excellent organic wine and olive oil. They also provided great advice on all the places to visit.

15/01/2026: Ludivine gave us fantastic advice, and the wines were delicious! She waited for my husband even though the shop was almost closed, which saved our evening. P.S.: My husband is still apologizing for the diesel smell 😅

31/12/2025: Thank you for your last-minute welcome on New Year's Eve. And on top of that, a small... a big touch... a chilled bottle of champagne! 👍👌 I highly recommend them; they're truly passionate.

13/06/2026: At first glance, it looks very simple and not particularly inviting. However, the warm friendliness of the staff and the menu more than make up for it. The beef cheeks and the octopus appetizer were excellent. Definitely book in advance. We will certainly be back. Thank you!
