23/01/2026: We waited 45 minutes after ordering to be served. The drink had plenty of time to get warm. The burger was too salty, and the bottom bun was soggy with sauce. We had such a great meal the previous time that we couldn't help but be disappointed.

30/12/2024: Le repas était bon mais malheureusement pas l'accueil ni le service.
Attente à la réception, attente de presque 1 heure car la commande n'a pas été envoyée, attente pour régler l'addition car pause cigarette et vous prétextez qu'il y a eu beaucoup de monde pour justifier cette longue attente totale.
26/12/2024: Alors déjà la surprise en arrivant,chauffage avec un radiateur soufflant!
Commande passée et là...le vin commandé n'était pas bon....le responsabilité qui répond...c'est quoi le problème, pourtant on vient d'ouvrir le cubi.C'est sans doute ça le problèmes sans oublier la viande froide,la sauce échalote et la froideur de tout le personnel...une médaille pour le soit disant shérif...ah si seulement j'étais Clint Eastwood!
Bref très mauvaise expérience,fermé cet établissement c'est mieux car vu l'établissement qui va ouvrir derrière vous....je pense que vous avez des "sushis" à vous faire... et vous l'aurez cherché....
Alors Mr Le Shérif...vous voyez bien que j'ai fait ce que je devais faire....la prochaine fois il vaut mieux se taire!

13/08/2025: I do not recommend it, given the questionable hygiene and the welcome from this gentleman who, with the store open, remains seated with customers and tells me he is on vacation, forcing me to travel 10 km to drop off a package... I find this approach very limited.

08/07/2025: Received in an unpleasant manner, I asked for my student discount that I have in all the other McDonald's which they refused me
06/07/2025: Run away.. the waitress knocked over our trays 3 meters from our table. She continued on her way to our table and spilled drinks on our feet and pants.. once the trays were put down, she said I'm going to remake the drinks for you. We asked her to redo everything because the sandwiches were swimming in drinks. She brought us the order after changing the containers. The sandwich bread was still soaked in drinks... Add to that mistakes in the order. And we had to change tables because no one came to mop them up... a disaster

06/08/2024: Scam attempt? Bad faith? Incompetence? Anyway, after being debited by booking (booked in April) and when we did not have the tourist tax left to pay, the receptionist made us pay for the room. After several emails, calls (all during our vacation) and 2 weeks later still no refund. I don't say thank you. Our vacation budget was depleted and we had to postpone certain activities
04/08/2024: Our stay this year is totally different from the previous one.
We were not informed of the newly obligatory reservation at the restaurant for dinner which led to us being unwelcome at the restaurant, an option was offered to us to "snack" at the garden bar, not to mention that there too we We were very poorly received.
Many services have been changed downwards but not the price of the room (incidentally smaller and more modest than N-1, without air conditioning, without minibar)
A magnificent castle where we had excellent memories…

29/08/2024: A setting inviting relaxation and disconnection. Everything is done so that we don't have to worry about anything. The staff is very attentive to our comfort and well-being.
Very good time, a magnificent panorama, a wonderful meal and breakfast, what more could you ask for?
29/07/2024: Magnificent location - friendly and professional welcome. Magnificent swimming pool in the middle of the vineyards. Spacious, pleasant and atypical room. A charging station for Tesla and other electric cars is available to customers. On the other hand, we do not recommend the restaurant. The service is extremely long (1.5 hours to finally only have one dish). The cuisine lacks a bit of refinement for a gastro and there are no children's portions.
