24/03/2026: Magnificent place, incredible and generous cuisine, I never thought I'd say a bowling alley is magnificent but here it is, no bad taste and super friendly staff, from the bar to the lanes and the kitchen!

Whether it's kebab, tacos, or burgers, everything is delicious, especially for the price!
Plus, the friendliness and kindness of the owners mean I'm never disappointed.

11/02/2026: We went to the drive-thru at 12:07 PM, only to be stuck in the mud for two hours after a grueling morning. A good McDonald's would have been perfect. We placed a single order for the three of us. When we got to the payment window, I asked to split the bill three ways, something I'd done before at several McDonald's, including the one in Rodez. They refused. Then I ordered a regular Big Mac, and it came with bacon (when I order a red sandwich, I don't want a green one).
Furthermore, the road is too narrow; I hit two curbs. Avoid this place; go to the one in Rodez instead.
08/02/2026: Served cold, unpleasant, reheated in the microwave, cheese missing and they refused to replace it... really disappointed, I don't recommend it...

Anyway, after being debited by booking (booked in April) and when we did not have the tourist tax left to pay, the receptionist made us pay for the room. After several emails, calls (all during our vacation) and 2 weeks later still no refund. I don't say thank you. Our vacation budget was depleted and we had to postpone certain activities
04/08/2024: Our stay this year is totally different from the previous one.
We were not informed of the newly obligatory reservation at the restaurant for dinner which led to us being unwelcome at the restaurant, an option was offered to us to "snack" at the garden bar, not to mention that there too we We were very poorly received.
Many services have been changed downwards but not the price of the room (incidentally smaller and more modest than N-1, without air conditioning, without minibar)
A magnificent castle where we had excellent memories…

04/02/2026: Everything was wonderful, thank you! From dinner to breakfast and the room, everything was perfect.
We had a romantic dinner and everything was excellent. The waiter gave great wine recommendations, and the dishes and sides were simply exquisite.
The establishment is very accommodating to allergies and always provides a delicious alternative. Thank you so much!
The only downside is that the spa has a glass panel directly facing the entrance, which unfortunately compromises privacy a bit.
