The food was delicious. It was like truly being back in Istanbul. I would go back a thousand times.
Halal food, they don't sell alcohol.

22/07/2026: The terrace is very pleasant even in the heat, the servers are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Our only complaints were the slightly slow service and the really unnecessary reggaeton music, which detracted from the experience.

06/07/2026: I go to Carson from time to time and I'm never disappointed, both by the warm welcome from Isabelle and Dominique and the staff, and by the delicious food. I enjoy every meal. The burgers and salads are excellent. And to finish, a sundae with ice cream and such generous toppings for those with a sweet tooth like me. Thank you to the whole team for these wonderful moments. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed!

30/05/2026: What a wonderful discovery! The pastry is perfect with a subtle hazelnut flavor, and the ingredients are truly high quality. The portions are generous! You could tell everything was made with care and passion.
Everyone is incredibly attentive. A warm and welcoming atmosphere that really makes you want to stay.
We finished on a sweet note…just for the taste…a real treat! The value for money is frankly unbeatable.
We'll be back very soon, that's for sure. Highly recommended!

The service was pleasant and attentive, which greatly contributed to the convivial atmosphere of the meal. The waiter was smiling and friendly, which is always appreciated and immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, everything was delicious—flavorful, well-prepared dishes that were enjoyed by both my children and me. A truly wonderful experience from beginning to end.

A flank steak that was supposed to be rare but served like shoe leather with a handful of fries. In short, you can tell this model is designed for profit, not enjoyment...
