To sum up Le Brasier in three words:
- Simple
- Good
- Inexpensive
The meats are high quality, the wood-fired cooking is expertly done, and the service is excellent.
I highly recommend it.

09/09/2026: Very disappointed. We've noticed a decline in quality for a while now. The daily special, which was supposed to be salmon lasagna, was nowhere to be seen! Meanwhile, the dried spinach, which wasn't mentioned in the description, was everywhere. And all this for 60 euros is unacceptable. We won't be back.
01/09/2026: A delightful surprise during a trip to the region. The food was excellent; I enjoyed a generous, incredibly tender ribeye steak cooked to perfection. The side of fries and salad was also impeccable in both quantity and quality. Highly recommended!
However, be sure to book ahead, as it was quite busy for a Tuesday lunchtime, and we had the excellent idea of arriving early to snag one of the last tables.

02/08/2026: We were refused service because we had our Labrador with us, even though we were seated on the terrace. I should mention that he's a very gentle dog who doesn't move a muscle during a meal. As a result, we now regularly go to BISTROT REGENT, which welcomes our dog both on the terrace and inside. Furthermore, the staff are wonderful with him and always attentive to his needs.
31/07/2026: Shameful! First attempt in May. We had a reservation in the morning. When we arrived, the waitress told us they were out of meat!!! We left. Second attempt last night: this time, no hot food because they were cleaning the extractor hood!! And don't even get me started on the waiter who addressed us informally!
In short, avoid at all costs!

No set menu offered, everything à la carte.
The gourmet coffee was mediocre.
The service was average.
This will be my only experience with them.
Their generic response, written in English, to this review reflects their customer service and consideration.
05/09/2026: I haven't been here in years, so I have mixed feelings... The portions (duck breast and salmon) aren't very thick, the amount of sauce is less than generous, and as for the salad dressing, you have to dig VERY far to find even a tiny bit...
Otherwise, the welcome and service were excellent 👌
