Arriving as a family of five at 7:50 pm, the evening started off well with a quick order for our aperitifs. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of interminable waits.
The lack of efficiency was glaring, but the most frustrating aspect was the lack of proactive service: we had to intervene ourselves several times to request our drinks, without any improvement. To top it all off, our waitress, clearly overwhelmed, found the time to chat at length and repeatedly with a table of acquaintances right behind us.
It's a real shame, because we ate very well. The dishes were high quality, but the overall experience was spoiled. Tired of waiting, we finally gave up and left before finishing our meal: the restaurant thus missed our order of four desserts and two after-dinner drinks. A very bad experience in terms of service.

14/07/2026: Classic decor, but for me, it's one of the best.
The fries were served piping hot, and the waitress, Pascale, was great. It really captures the family atmosphere of the chain.
And the highlight of the evening was the Indian song, and my son wanted to dance.
In short, a very good experience.

14/07/2026: My wife and I are regulars at this restaurant, we go back almost once a month and we'll definitely be back again. Attractive prices, unlimited drinks (soft drinks, beer), and an all-you-can-eat seasonal buffet—I highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

10/07/2026: We had a delicious meal; I had the duck breast twice and both were delightful. The service was very friendly and family-like. The terrace is very small, though, so you sit very close to other people. I would definitely come back here.

24/05/2026: Almost nothing else was open and serving food on Sunday evening ahead of the bank holiday and we were hungry after a long day of travelling. The burger was adequate but nothing special. The service was pleasant enough but a €14 salad with no dressing is just bizarre. Chips were dry and no sauces offered. A bit of an odd and soulless place.
16/05/2026: The chef waitress,humiliated us for not speaking French,made a joke I did not çare much,we ordered some salad and food she asked one of the waitresses what we have ordered in French wich I understood a bit as if we were only going to eat salad and occupy her very precious table.Such manners in service industry is foolish!!

22/08/2024: Cela faisait plusieurs années que je n'allais plus au Buffalo Grill car c'était devenu une catastrophe. C'était de plus en plus cher, les portions étaient de plus en plus petites, la qualité n'y était plus et la carte s'était réduite comme peau de chagrin.. Là, un peu par hasard, mon mari et moi avons décidé de retenter le coup et cela a été une excellente surprise. Il y avait du choix dans la carte. Les plats étaient très bons et la viande cuite comme il fallait. En plus, notre serveuse (Axelle) était charmante. Les prix sont toujours un peu élevés et les portions un peu justes mais maintenant c'est partout pareil... Nous y reviendrons très certainement lors de nos prochaines vacances
16/08/2024: Nous sommes des habitués de ce restaurant tout est toujours parfait rapport qualité /prix, accueil au top toujours bien accueillis et servis(juste un peu plus de frites serait top),rapidité du service(on adore) personnel au top et mention spéciale pour une serveuse qui se prénomme Axelle qui a été adorable souriante gentille serviable un vrai bonbon!une perle rare!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼bonne continuation à toute l’équipe
