19/03/2026: Hello, I've been experiencing the same problems when I go to the drive-thru for quite some time now. Orders are prepared very slowly, and yet again this evening there were no cars in front of me, or even behind me, and things seemed to be going smoothly inside as well. Every time, it's a long wait... a very long wait before being served and receiving the order. And don't even get me started on when the drive-thru is busy... it's a disaster, in addition to the frequent errors in the orders.

17/03/2026: Too many orders filled incorrectly, multiple drive-thru pickups, and often missing items. It's organized theft. Items paid for but never delivered—it's outrageous. No compensation whatsoever. The staff changes almost daily; it's understandable why, and management continues down this path, neglecting its customers. Seriously, I once waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru kiosk. There was no one in front of me, and a line of people behind me. I decided to move forward, and to my surprise, I had to wait another 30 minutes for the next line of cars to pass because I was outside the ordering process… the intern taking the order was in the restroom for 10 minutes? Wasn't there even a manager at that moment? Was he in the restroom too? Bring on the Burger King! 🙂

29/03/2026: The waiter was decidedly too familiar, the service was a bit slow, no carafe of water was offered, and he wasn't keen on a dog bag. The food was fundamentally lacking in seasoning.

04/03/2026: A little experience I had today...at a meeting for a wellness product presentation with a free meal (no drinks). We were seated in a small room for the occasion. I was stuck near the patio door. The appetizers arrived, followed by the starter and then the main course, where the meat came with a sauce. We asked for a small bread basket. At one point, I shouted...no one came. Since I couldn't move because of the extremely small space between the tables, unless I moved 10 people, I called reception. The manager arrived afterward. I explained my little problem, and instead of apologizing, he replied, "YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR THE MEAL." Personally, I don't think that's an appropriate response. So, what a sad character! And we were very disappointed, like everyone else in the room. So, to be continued!!!! 😡😡😡😡

20/02/2026: Perfect, another charging station for electric vehicles. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a very good breakfast.

30/12/2025: While passing through the region, we had trouble finding a reasonably priced hotel near Strasbourg (Christmas period). I chose this one, but I must admit I was very disappointed after paying €240 (in advance) for two nights (without breakfast). I should mention that the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel seems old and, in our opinion, desperately needs a renovation. We arrived at 5 or 6 PM, and the reception desk was closed with a shutter, and the room keys were left on it… Anyone could have entered our room… I was very surprised by this system. The room itself was small but adequate, and the bed was very small but sufficient. The floral bedspread looked dated, as did the mismatched velvet cushions. Hygiene-wise, non-washable velvet cushions have no place on a bed where different people sleep each night… this bothered me greatly… the pillows were thin and uncomfortable. The rooms have no soundproofing: we could hear the dog barking at the other end of the hotel, the construction work, and even the people using the bathroom in the next room… (🫨). The heating is inadequate and it gets cold quickly, especially in December. For breakfast, we paid €50 for two people for two mornings (€11.50 x 4 + tax). There was little choice, and few, if any, savory options, so we made do with what was on offer. In short, considering the prices, I think the hotel should be modernized and renovated (while still retaining its typical Alsatian charm).

29/12/2025: A 3-night stay over the holidays, good value for money and a welcoming staff. Everything went smoothly. The hotel isn't brand new, but the bathroom has been renovated and the bedding is comfortable; I felt right at home. The beautiful view of the Ill River adds a lot of charm to the hotel.

09/03/2026: Great menu for a festive restaurant! A great find in Erstein! Just be prepared to be very patient with the service.

08/03/2026: I gave it one star, and I don't think it's possible to give zero stars at all! The service was completely unprofessional, very slow, and disorganized. The duck breast was barely warm, and the panna cotta dessert was served in canteen-style glasses... I visited the toilets, which have no ceiling, leaving the pipes exposed, and the cleanliness was equally appalling. Totally disappointed. Obviously, I don't recommend it. 😏😏

14/12/2025: Great restaurant – truly good, simple, and delicious food. The service was very pleasant and full of little touches that made all the difference (pretzels as an appetizer, plenty of bread, bredele and chocolate with coffee). Thank you again to the whole team! Table of 6 with 2 children

20/02/2026: We had lunch using a "gourmet menu" gift certificate. The dishes were very good, made with high-quality ingredients. The accompanying drinks were excellent. Mr. Kalt doesn't skimp on quality. The service was excellent; kudos to the young woman who served us—she was very witty and elegant. We also appreciated being welcomed by Mr. Kalt. A very enjoyable experience.

14/02/2026: The entrance was a bit oppressive, but the bowling alley is superb.

02/02/2026: I went to Bowling Palace this weekend with some friends. Everything went very well. A pleasant atmosphere, good food, and a relaxing time. The staff are excellent. I recommend it.
