27/01/2026: Il Giardino d’Italia in Haguenau is a restaurant I truly enjoyed. The service is excellent, attentive, and warm; you immediately feel at ease. The quality is clearly evident in the food, with well-executed dishes and perfectly balanced flavors. It's excellent from start to finish, without a single flaw. The prices are reasonable for the level of quality offered. A very good option for a meal as a couple or with friends.

10/12/2025: What a disaster, where do I even begin? Meals at the restaurant: incomplete order, two Cokes, one of which was a diet (they didn't differentiate between the two), and one was supposed to have ice, but there was none. Then my 15-year-old son accidentally cut himself slightly with their equipment: no dressing was available to clean the wound, and above all, absolutely NO consideration for the person, no empathy. They told me, "This has never happened before." Well, it did this time. My son didn't eat, neither did my partner, and we ended up in the emergency room for three hours to get the wound stitched!

05/01/2026: Having been there several times, I can say the service is poor. The last time, we were crammed into the entrance vestibule with 20 other people because "there were no more seats." No waiting, no information, we left as quickly as we arrived...

09/12/2025: Table service was unavailable, with four people milling around behind the counter. I waited 15 minutes for two cold sandwiches, a cold and undercooked French fry, and a milkshake...all this at 11:30 am with only two other customers in the restaurant.

09/12/2025: This McDonald's is a disgrace. I never get a complete order or hot food. At the price of the meal, it's unacceptable. I'm boycotting it and will spread the word far and wide, although in my opinion, it's unnecessary given the poor quality of service.
