25/04/2026: Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful lunch with a large group. The welcome was exceptionally friendly and professional, the interior modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The food was a true highlight. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant's child-friendliness – both the selection on the menu and the warm, playful manner of the staff. A big thank you to the entire team. We would love to come back again.

04/04/2026: A ☆TOP☆ recommendation from a very good friend 🙏 This was our first time at the mill, and we received outstanding service. The food and wine service are of an exceptionally high standard and truly deserve a Michelin star. The very friendly welcome and the consistently attentive, but never intrusive, service made the entire evening feel effortless. We also experienced truly authentic, first-class Alsatian cuisine, which was absolutely perfect. The portions and the impeccable presentation of the dishes were perfectly balanced. Ms. Benedict's wine recommendations were also excellent; she was always attentive, allowing us to fully enjoy the entire evening. It was our wedding anniversary, which also included our birthday, and we will definitely be returning in the future, even without any special occasions. 30/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, an excellent place! I had a fantastic time from start to finish. The team is truly top-notch: welcoming, smiling, attentive, and always very professional. You immediately feel at ease. The ingredients are fresh, you can tell from the first bite, and all the dishes are absolutely delicious. Everything is prepared with care, and the flavors are spot on. It's a pleasure to find a restaurant where quality is evident in both the food and the service. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely return. Thank you to the whole team!

23/06/2026: The owner and staff were friendly, but firstly, they couldn't communicate in English or German and asked us how many "foks/fuks" (forks) we wanted. The food was okay, BUT the doner sauce was an absolute disaster. It tasted more like tzatziki than doner, which unfortunately has nothing to do with doner. And to make matters worse, there was dill in the doner sauce. Sadly, the doner didn't taste Turkish at all, in my opinion.

30/06/2026: For many years, this has been one of the best restaurants in Wissembourg, far superior to the surrounding tourist traps. The consistently high quality of the dishes is perfectly prepared. Attentive service completes the experience. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality offered. Unbeatable: the lunch menu for €25 on weekdays.

09/06/2026: Excellent service, very good quality and quantity of food, fair prices! Dogs allowed. The ambiance is lovely – on a bridge over the Lauter river, very romantic!

19/03/2026: The service was very inconsistent. Typically French – aloof, but one young man tried to turn things around. The coffee and hot chocolate were average. The éclairs and ice cream were okay, though not exactly bargains. We got a table quickly, but the service was a bit slow.

31/05/2026: We stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant by chance. It's a bit off the beaten tourist track. The owner is very welcoming, and the food is authentic Alsatian. The tarte flambée is divine – crispy and generously topped. The price is absolutely reasonable. We'll definitely be back. Thanks again for the tip about the charming half-timbered villages. We visited them.

23/05/2026: Very nice restaurant. Super friendly staff. They speak German and French. Lovely seating area in front of the restaurant. Very good food. We'll definitely come back.

03/05/2026: We spent a wonderful evening on the terrace and enjoyed a delicious meal. We had salad with scallops and Arctic char with fresh asparagus. The service was also excellent, and we'll gladly return if we're ever in the area again.

05/05/2026: Unbelievable!! A half-hour wait even though we were the only ones in the restaurant (and even then, we were only served because my husband went to ask what was going on!), cold hamburgers, requests ignored (including an ingredient that was still there even though we asked for it to be removed due to an allergy!), and to top it all off: gunk floating in our Oasis drink 🤮 Never again!!!

02/05/2026: We came for lunch today, it wasn't too crowded, however, there were no more trays available at the kiosks, I went to get about ten more myself from the counter to refill the kiosks, our order was validated at 12:34, the trays were brought to us 45 minutes later!!! Some of the sandwiches were cold, and what's more, my son's hamburger was missing, which he'd already been waiting for for 45 minutes (make a 4-year-old wait 45 minutes for food...). So I went to the counter to get it, and there I waited another 20 minutes. The entire staff ignored the numerous dissatisfied customers at the counter, all with shifty eyes, not a single hello, nothing. They could see we were waiting to be served, but no one reacted until a woman called out to them. Not a single apology, not a single gesture of goodwill. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and incredibly lethargic today. I can understand that it's not an easy job, but this was truly unprecedented. I was on the verge of losing my temper, but actually, I felt sorry for them. The service was truly catastrophic, between the wait, the missing items, and the delivered meals. Cold... I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon.
