the reception hall needs a facelift
03/04/2024: You’d think as a loyal Accor client who books directly with the hotel (saving them 25% commission) I’d get a tiny teeny benefit? No. Not at all.
No room upgrade. Had to wait for the room to be ready (admittedly I arrived 2 hours before 15:00. No free breakfast,. No free parking (€25 per day).
The pre paid rate is not cheap either. Breakfast would be an extra €22 per person! Ouch.

04/04/2024: Blonde waitress with a very unpleasant bob bordering on insolence.
Spoke badly to us and spoke badly to the ladies behind us, she did not accept that they paid with their coins.
No problem with the restaurant but maybe review the service?
We won't come back because of the service, which is a shame.

01/04/2024: Passage on Saturday March 30 at the opening 5 minutes late I asked for a pasino card it was refused saying to me I am alone I don't have time then I find the casino old fashioned the exterior doors half open that of the terrace a draft not possible so I don't want to stay on these machines exposed in front of this door the machines outside the smoking area are deplorable and dirty I'm really disappointed I didn't have fun

04/04/2024: Potatoes not cooked and on top of that with a strange taste, I found a piece of paper in my potatoes, in short the hygiene was not great

Not even half the cup 😱 the guy is a smoker from whom I had to ask for a bag. He threw the product at you with an unfortunate napkin... ⚠️ what is management doing!

02/04/2024: People had praised the place to me. Disappointing experience.
I burned myself with a stew whose meat was way overcooked, served in a small hot cast iron tureen. I asked for a plate and they brought me a dirty one. A bit like the factory, there were actually people there.
I asked for water in a carafe, served lukewarm! I ended up ordering bottled water.
My guests didn't really like their dish.
Too expensive for what it is.
28/03/2024: Pleasant moment spent in this establishment.
The perfect welcome, taking into account my travel problems, the pleasant atmosphere, which reconciles me with Sunday meals, and finally the cuisine which is absolutely delicious, generous and full of flavors.
Thanks to the whole team.

Thank you for welcoming us upon our arrival, generously, with a truffled Tamara and excellent rustic bread.
Obviously two visits to Aix-en-Provence we are delighted to taste the wines of the Lacoste estate.
And all this in a relaxed setting with an extremely kind, caring team.

27/03/2024: Cozy place since you eat inside a kind of cave. We ordered the menu of the day and for the first course they brought us an avocado mousse, smoked salmon and cookies that was spectacular. For the main course we ordered turkey with olives and rice and fish accompanied by eggplant and tomato. For dessert we ordered very delicious apple crumble. The glass of wine that comes with the menu is very good. Very friendly service. Highly recommended.
