30/05/2026: Good food, service, and a cozy atmosphere. Ideal for a quick stop somewhere nice, affordable, and good to eat. Just be sure to bring cash. We ordered two kebabs (which included fries), a plate of four falafel, and two Cokes, all for €25.

27/08/2026: The service was pleasant and quick; I was in a hurry and the waiter was very responsive. The food was delicious, with a special mention for the perfectly cooked octopus (which is no small feat) and the original ice creams.

12/04/2026: A quick stop during a trip to the coast, everything was delicious, from the sushi to the spring rolls, from the skewers of the rising sun to the bowl of vegetable noodles. The staff is very pleasant and professional. A great place to return to on my next trip to Marseille.

20/08/2026: If you want to be full by dough and not by flavor, come here. The burgers have no meat, they try to fill you up with the bread and the fries (big portions). Same with the cookies, they are all dough and the "caramel" is two tiny little drops.

10/07/2026: The staff were incredibly attentive and offered excellent advice. The location on the square was lovely and airy, with plenty of space. The wine cellar boasted a superb selection of wines. The beef tataki was a true marvel of taste and flavor. Highly recommended.

04/07/2026: I just ordered a chicken salad through Uber Eats. I think it's really disappointing. The chicken salad was already mixed with the dressing, so it arrived completely soggy and deflated. It was packaged in a cardboard box. It's a shame because the octopus and the dressing were good. The portion was very small and definitely not worth the price.

03/09/2026: I am delighted that we went here for lunch. We arrived just after 1200 and do not have a reservation. It was not busy YET! The extraordinary experience begins the moment you enter the restaurant. I love the vibe. Then you wait to be given the menu. What’s available is presented by the owner. He does this whenever customer’s arrive. You must listen and listen very well! I noticed that it is a three person operation so it might take a little longer for orders to arrive. I can wait all afternoon as I was enjoying the experience. It is situated at a busy intersection yet there is no traffic noise. A must visit when in Marseille. Merci

22/08/2026: The food was good quality, but the portions were tiny. The service at the entrance was disastrous: everyone was addressed informally, we had to find our own way to the table, there was no courtesy, and we were pressured to vacate the table. When you pay €100 for two, you expect a little better… The atmosphere on the patio was very good.

22/08/2026: It had been a while since we'd been back to La Cantinetta, but what a pleasure it was to have lunch there again! We were seated in the lovely inner courtyard, where we could enjoy the shade and stay comfortable despite the heat. As always, the food was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. La Cantinetta is certainly not the ideal place for everyday lunch. The prices are a bit high, but for a special lunch or a convivial moment, it's definitely worth a visit!

03/07/2026: I keep coming back for their excellent coffee. The shop is a bit dated, but the staff is efficient and their coffee is top-notch. New additions to their menu: Ube latte, Chai, and hibiscus lemonade.

18/05/2026: Excellent Tunisian food option in Marseille. They have a set menu option for €13.50 with a main course, dessert, and mint tea, which is very generously served and worth every penny. My husband and I tried it and have no complaints. The food arrived quickly, was plentiful, and delicious!

23/08/2026: We got takeout. The restaurant itself wasn't very inviting. We preferred to eat by the harbor. The meal was perfect, exactly what we expected from Burger King.

21/08/2026: The place was extremely dirty. My king-size burger from the meal deal was freezing cold, and when I took it back to the register, they told me it was normal. I think the fraud department should be called in; this is unacceptable.

23/08/2026: A great place to eat in Marseille! We had dinner at Le Bouchon Provençal on August 15th and had a wonderful time. The Mediterranean cuisine is delicious, generous, and truly excellent from start to finish. A great restaurant to remember for a delicious meal in Marseille!

23/08/2026: While it's not exactly cheap, I have to say that everything we ate and drank was excellent. It's practically next to the port, but slightly tucked away so as to be more sheltered from the hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly, though perhaps a little too hasty at the end of the meal.

17/08/2026: Very satisfied with the restaurant. The service was incredibly fast, the food tasted good, and the plates were quite cheap for the amount of food that was served. We got there after 22:00 and that wasn't a problem.
