26/09/2024: refined cuisine, discovery of new flavors and perfect food and wine pairing. The entire pleasure menu was exquisite but a special mention for the dessert involving chocolate and corn. I haven't been surprised by a dessert in a long time. A real favorite as well as the cocktail proposed to accompany it

The knives served were full of sand (so they hadn't been washed), basically garbage.
The lobster was lukewarm, as was its side dish, and the wait was incredibly long even though the restaurant was only three-quarters empty.
26/11/2025: An excellent restaurant that showcases fish and seafood. The flavors are sublime; each dish is a true culinary delight. The welcome is charming and attentive, and the warm atmosphere makes you want to return. A wonderful place to recommend! The lunch menu is incredible.

09/10/2025: A warm welcome from Rebecca, the owner, cozy decor, and homemade cuisine made with quality ingredients.
Try the black pork and the sea bass fillet and you'll be blown away!
Highly recommended!

26/01/2026: Did not book the rooms but went there for the food. Had the Le Querrien Seafood Tower for 4 people, honestly would have fed 8 people as well.
Amazing value, great food, would definitely recommend!
20/01/2026: Skate wing with capers and croutons, a delight, thank you, and the brioche French toast style was delicious.

03/09/2025: We used the Relais de l'Hermine for our wedding. From the cocktail party to the evening meal and the next day's brunch, everything was perfect. We were listened to and advised, not to mention the kindness of Mr. Legembre and his team. Our guests had a wonderful time. The dishes were beautiful and delicious. A big thank you.

06/01/2026: It's a bit late, but a huge thank you to the entire team at Le Galopin for the wonderful time I spent there on July 3rd. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, everything was perfect.
The delicious and expertly prepared dishes demonstrate true professionalism and a truly exceptional experience.

16/12/2024: Absolutely terrible service. The dark-haired waiter, thin and beardless, was unbearably arrogant from start to finish. Not a smile, obvious contempt for customers, and an execrable tone that makes you want to leave immediately. How can such an incompetent and unpleasant person be allowed to work in contact with customers? A shame for the establishment. To flee while he is there.
16/12/2024: The service needs to be reviewed when “hello” is not appropriate from a young, tall, thin waiter. A welcome that is not warm, bordering on disturbing for a coffee? I will never set foot here again.

15/09/2024: Bien mais des petits restaurants type bips gourmand méritent mieux leur étoile.
Un menu de base sans aucun choix et l impossibilité de recourir à la carte car elle ne présente que les mêmes plats que les menus qui ne conviennent pas à tout le monde ( ris de veau….) est ce raisonnable pour un étoilé! Pas de plat orienté végétarien une erreur à l heure actuelle.

13/12/2024: Superb discovery!!! Loft atmosphere mixed with cozy is superb👍🏻. We tried the lunch menu for me of 25€ starter main course dessert. Only happiness... Mixture of taste and visual quality... Nothing to complain about except... As for us going back!!!!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I highly recommend+++++
05/12/2024: Accustomed to this place, we were refused by the DJ even though the security manager had let us in. one of us was in tracksuit bottoms. Well done, enjoy all your customers, you have just taken 5 weeks of regulars.

05/07/2025: I went to this bar with a friend today. We sat down and waited 25 minutes, but no one came to see us.
We went to the bar and saw that no one was there, and they told us, "Don't worry, we're coming."
We sat down again 45 minutes later, still no one there.
The terrace was almost empty.
Very disappointed.
23/06/2025: A great experience at Caliente!
The brunch is very nice, and their burger is truly delicious (soft bun, quality meat, crispy fries).
Despite the crowds, the servers remain pleasant and helpful.
A special mention goes to the waitress Enola, who, in addition to making the best café crèmes in all of Rennes, always welcomes you with a warm smile!

10/09/2024: The setting and decor are pretty, the staff efficient. location not easy to find. In a best western, professional city. A little disappointed to see a salmon tartare instead of the scallops. the lamb was well cooked, the sea bass cooked to perfection. But overall the proportions of the dishes are too small in my opinion... even when I had a starter and dessert, I was not satisfied.

24/09/2024: We went there this afternoon with my partner and I highly recommend it! The waiter and waitress are super pleasant and really attentive, the cook is passionate about his job, you can feel it in the dishes which are superbly presented but also absolutely excellent!!! It’s a shame that we’re only here for the holidays because I would love to come every week!!
