01/03/2026: We booked a table for two last Saturday. The welcome was warm, the service impeccable despite the crowd (good places are often victims of their own success), the staff very pleasant, and we enjoyed an incredible culinary experience at a reasonable price. Perfect place for a gourmet meal; I recommend the three-course menu to savor all the flavors the chef has to offer. Thanks to teams like this, French gastronomy remains the best in the world!

12/02/2026: After an afternoon of pure relaxation at the spa, ending the day at La Table du Balthazar was the perfect choice. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish! The cuisine is refined and creative, a true delight for the taste buds. The staff is extremely professional and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A top-notch experience that I highly recommend.

We had unloaded a customer's truck that morning and, while waiting for our own truck to reload, we took the opportunity to stroll around and have something to eat. 24/02/2026: Dinner and overnight stay in the villa, 15 meters from the restaurant on the same side of the street. Dinner was very good (set menu at €94), even if it was priced like a Michelin-starred restaurant... without the star, however. The pace between courses was a bit fast; there wasn't always time to take a break... a shame. Impeccable service and quality ingredients. Excellent cheese platter. Lovely view of the Bay of St. Malo from all the restaurant tables. Modern and very well-equipped room. I recommend it.

21/02/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Didier Méril restaurant. Even though we couldn't enjoy the view, which looks incredible, because it was dark, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The cuisine was superb, the portions generous and beautifully presented, and the service impeccable. A fantastic find in Dinard. I highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: Dinner at the restaurant in the evening, seats very close together. Our opinion of the meal is very mixed. The seafood platter was acceptable. The main courses: the scallops were borderline and could have been frozen, given their size (4 scallops, but they were no more than 2). The seafood sauerkraut was very dry (probably reheated for too long under a chafing dish). The dessert: the profiteroles were a complete disaster (frozen, industrially produced choux pastries, waterlogged and undercooked, with transparent vanilla ice cream). In short, don't rely on the rating given, because this restaurant was really not worth it. We do not recommend it.

27/02/2026: No room, but we've been regulars at Le Querrien for four years, and unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. A quick dusting to remove the thick layer on the oars and the hanging cobwebs wouldn't go amiss. The service was okay, although it's not the same standard as before. As for the food, the fish and chips was just cheap, breaded fish, the beurre blanc sauce wasn't thickened, and the vegetables were probably frozen. It's a shame because it's a very nice establishment that deserves to return to the level it was at two years ago.
