17/01/2026: Honestly, La Goul'beun Aise is the kind of place you go to once… and you'll definitely be back. The food is fantastic, the dishes are prepared with care, and it smells like home cooking made with passion, not something hastily reheated. The portions are generous, beautifully presented, and above all, truly delicious. You can tell the chef knows their stuff. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality served; it's refreshing to find a restaurant that doesn't break the bank while still delivering such a great meal. And the welcome… so warm and friendly. They chat with you, smile at you, and make you feel right at home. You feel like you're at a friend's house—a simple, friendly, relaxed, and easygoing atmosphere. In short, a restaurant where you eat well, have a great time, and want to return. A truly great local spot.

06/12/2025: My brother introduced me to the roastery, and although I'm not a coffee drinker, I was pleasantly surprised by the macchiato with caramel, which was truly delicious. The atmosphere is really nice, and the fact that the tables are shared adds to a very cozy and comfortable ambiance. I highly recommend it (even for those who, like me, don't usually drink coffee and use a lot of milk)! 🌟💜

10/07/2025: We hired Thomas for our wedding (approximately 100 people) in June 2025. His service exceeded our expectations, both during the planning stages and on the big day. Everything was perfect: clear and seamless communication, great availability, consistently relevant advice, the quality of the cocktail reception and dinner, adherence to the program, seamless service, and the skill of the waiters. Thomas was also able to adapt to the logistical complexities of the wedding venue, anticipating constraints and proposing suitable solutions, without compromising the quality of his service or sacrificing our wishes. His professionalism and friendliness were also highlighted by all the other service providers. We highly recommend him!

08/07/2025: We chose Catering Traiteur to celebrate our wedding in June 2025. We are very happy we made this choice a year ago; everything went perfectly. Thomas adapted to our wishes and our budget and was able to advise us throughout the preparations. We chose the prime rib for dinner, and it was a unanimous choice; we received nothing but compliments about the meal. The service was also perfect, always attentive to our every need, ensuring we had a wonderful day. Thank you to Thomas and his team. We highly recommend them.

Que dire de plus ,c'est merveilleux, nous avons passé un super moment, convivialité et gourmandises sont les maîtres mots de cet établissement. 29/09/2024: Restaurant agréablement situé en bordure du port du GABUT, belle salle spacieuse, accueil souriant, avenant, enjoué, service attentionné, prévenant, à l'écoute, atmosphère décontracté et agréable; dans l'assiette excellente cuisine de saison faite maison, cuissons parfaites des aliments, plats copieux bien présentés, produits frais et de qualité, parfaite associations des goûts régalant les papilles un excellent repas dans un cadre agréable et dans la bonne humeur, pas de fausses notes du début à la fin, rapport qualité/prix excellent, choix de vins conséquent. je recommande vivement ce restaurant idéalement situé dans le quartier du GABUT. Visite W.C.: propreté impeccable.

20/06/2025: Wide selection of pizzas, they are very good. Impeccable and punctual service. A pleasure to eat these pizzas by the sea. Very good value for money.

17/09/2025: We arrived shortly after opening (6:30 p.m.), so it wasn't too crowded. A very friendly welcome and pleasant interaction with the man in the cap. We ordered a very well-stocked mixed platter for a reasonable price. Since I always drink in moderation (the nickname I gave my wife), I drank a Cuvée des Trolls, which was very pleasant on the palate.

06/08/2025: Friendly service and excellent beers. I recommend the exotic fruit draft beer... On a small street in La Rochelle, away from the summer crowds.
