01/05/2026: Personally, I loved it. The broth is delicious, the noodles are succulent. We ordered number 4 based on a Google Maps recommendation; you really have to like chili peppers, it's quite spicy. Otherwise, I had the pork noodle soup, 10/10. It's inexpensive, you eat quickly, it's very cafeteria-style.

18/04/2026: The place is decent when it comes to quantity with the all you can eat offer for 30 Euros. However, the place isn’t serving authentic Korean BBQ. I’d say it is Korean inspired, but lacks the correct ingredients. That being said, the staff was friendly.

01/05/2026: Le Grand Bol is a place we always find ourselves returning to in Paris. It was first recommended by my son, who spoke of its remarkably fresh Chinese seafood, and from the first visit, it truly lived up to that promise. The ingredients are fresh, the flavours honest, and every dish carries a quiet sense of care. The owner brings a warm and effortless hospitality that makes you feel instantly at ease, adding a personal touch that stays with you. Over time, this restaurant has become part of our Paris routine. Each time we travel from London and Zurich, we make a point to come back for a meal that feels both familiar and comforting. A place not just to dine, but to return to.

26/04/2026: One of Belleville's best spots. Lots of regulars. The food is good and the atmosphere is welcoming. Xiaolongbao, garlic-fried cuttlefish, and Peking duck on a bed of eight-treasure rice. Authentic Long Jing tea. No surprise, the staff comes from Suzhou, near the region that produces this nectar. They had some rarer dishes, but we opted for the familiar ones. No regrets.

17/04/2026: The food was bad, and the service was poor too. They even miscalculated the bill when they were collecting it, so I went back to ask for my money back.

27/03/2026: First, I want to commend the kindness of the waiter, a lovely person who took the time to warn me about the Mapo noodles and their pepper. While it is technically pepper, I think it would be much more helpful to mention that the original recipe is very salty. Reducing the amount of pepper will make the dish less salty, but not less spicy. Those unfamiliar with this recipe won't understand that it's this particular pepper that makes the dish so salty, and I understand that neither the kitchen staff nor the customers want to understand the confusion when faced with a dish that isn't to their liking. The presentation and service were very pleasant.

05/05/2026: This was our first time here today. It was absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic and the food was incredibly tasty (we can't say enough!). Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos, but we're in Paris this week and will definitely go back. Highly recommended.
