31/03/2026: The best value for money I've found in France. There's a wide selection of delicious ravioli, with a very good value set menu option. The welcome is warm and the service is extremely efficient at lunchtime. A friend's recommendation that we're so glad we took!

29/03/2026: Small restaurant = big pleasure. The ravioli are excellent, well-filled, and generously portioned. The value for money is very good, especially for lunch with the €14 set menu. It's delicious, and despite the small menu, there's enough choice to make me want to come back and try the other specialties. I recommend it! 👌🏽

05/03/2026: I went to Apsara with my friends. It was completely bland, soulless, and unwelcoming. The food was disgusting, tasteless, and the Pho was inedible. The broth was sweet, the portion was tiny, and there wasn't much meat. I've never tasted anything so bad. I'm of Asian descent, and the owner never responded to me, saying, "That's just how it is in our culture." She wasn't friendly at all, so I told her she should change careers or cuisine. The Bo Bung was also bad, full of greens at the bottom of the bowl, swimming in sauce. In short, I advise you against wasting your money at this restaurant. Go to the 13th arrondissement or Belleville instead. There's a guy on YouTube who raves about it, but he's clueless and knows nothing about Asian cuisine. Don't listen to these guys. It's absolutely terrible; a 0 for food. I advise you, my friends, against it.

20/03/2026: A very classic Chinese restaurant serving Szechuan cuisine. Here, we enjoyed three dishes at a very reasonable price. Their takeaway lunch menus are also very good.

14/03/2026: Instantly back home! I found my darling Sichuan restaurant in Paris 🥹 After being in Paris for so long, I finally got to eat truly authentic Sichuan food! Zhuge Jianghu really understands my Chinese palate perfectly. I ordered their signature dish, "Jianghu Taro Chicken." The chicken was stewed until tender and flavorful, the taro was soft and chewy, and the spicy and numbing flavor was just right. It's not that kind of French-style Chinese food that's been modified; it's the original taste of home! Eating it made me a little homesick, but I also felt so happy to be able to eat this in Paris. My friend ordered "Stir-fried Pork Intestines," and even I, who don't usually eat pork intestines, ate a lot. They were very clean, with absolutely no unpleasant smell, just a fragrant, slightly charred, and oily aroma. The restaurant is located in the 10th arrondissement. They're closed on Tuesdays, so don't make a wasted trip! I'll definitely be back!

28/03/2026: Highly recommend authentic Hunan cuisine, especially Mao-style braised pork belly, which is incredibly tender and not greasy. Also highly recommended are hand-shredded garlic sprouts and Hunan-style shumai.

27/03/2026: First, I want to commend the kindness of the waiter, a lovely person who took the time to warn me about the Mapo noodles and their pepper. While it is technically pepper, I think it would be much more helpful to mention that the original recipe is very salty. Reducing the amount of pepper will make the dish less salty, but not less spicy. Those unfamiliar with this recipe won't understand that it's this particular pepper that makes the dish so salty, and I understand that neither the kitchen staff nor the customers want to understand the confusion when faced with a dish that isn't to their liking. The presentation and service were very pleasant.

18/02/2026: We come often and it's always packed, so be sure to book on weekends. The rice is unlimited, which is rare in Paris. The chicken with tripe and taro (you have to book) is really worth it; the taro is incredibly tender. The rabbit is good and boneless, perfect if you like spicy food. The new duck is also excellent, ideal with a drink.

On a slightly chilly evening, the predominantly spicy dishes paired perfectly with refreshing hibiscus tea and aloe vera juice, which helped cleanse the palate. The warm, soft pumpkin rice cakes with brown sugar syrup were also a pleasant surprise. This restaurant, Dao Restaurant (55 Bd Saint-Marcel, 75013 Paris), comes highly recommended for seasoned lovers of spicy food—the heat is authentic and natural, with fragrance taking precedence over pure spiciness. A classic choice for festive occasions and gatherings with close friends.

11/07/2025: Positive experience! Truly excellent food! Not just Chinese! I also had the escargots, and they were among the best I've ever had in France! Friendly and friendly staff, small but cozy atmosphere.

10/07/2025: It was, for me, by far, an incredible experience. Starting with the delicious dishes, with a consistent number of choices, you can try everything and be full at the end. It's perfect. Incredible service, super friendly staff, even though we arrived unexpectedly. A gentleman from the staff recognized my friends who had already been there. This same server offered us super-friendly puzzles that foster teamwork, not just about everyone's food. No phones. Honestly, we had a great time. We had a wonderful evening.
