The breakfast is great with a very friendly team, very professional and very patient with customers. Even if we arrive late the team allows us to have breakfast and always with a smile which is not the case everywhere. Although some people are unpleasant or even insolent towards them, the breakfast team knows how to remain very professional, which proves that some guests have to leave respect in their room. Thanks to the entire hotel team

03/01/2024: We were lucky to have New Year's Eve dinner here. The prepared menu delighted with the range of different flavors and textures. The combinations are not obvious, but so tasty. Saint Jacque with lemon and dill sauce. Foie gras with celery root. The Saint Pierre was fresh and tasty, although a bit overdone. Refreshing apple and fennel mousse. Truffles with both beef and chocolate mousse completed the pleasure.

14/03/2024: Second time to the King of Rome. Today there were 8 of us for dinner. Top notch service. Perfect meal from A to Z! Veal with olives excellent, my daughters devoured their meals. The chestnut crème brûlée is to die for! The profiteroles were gigantic and so good! In short, a great time with family and friends. I highly recommend

29/01/2024: My 3 year old daughter and I went here for dinner. We each ordered a meal and a drink, and I thought I wasn't behaving particularly badly, but while I was taking my daughter to the bathroom, I noticed that the plate of food was still unfinished (it was pasta, so it wasn't finished). (I think you can clearly see that) and the children's fork and knife that I had brought with me were taken down without permission. Even though my daughter had very good manners and ate quietly! I asked for the child's fork and knife back in my poor French, but he didn't apologize at all and just said, ``Do you have a dessert menu?'' Don't you need it? ? ” he yelled. The clerk was a horrible older woman. Probably because I'm not good at French and I'm a yellow person. I came to hate Corsica itself. It's a shame because I had the pleasure of encountering some wonderful restaurants on the island, but this is probably the reality of Corsican people doing business with foreigners. I would be happy if I could find a good store.

19/08/2023: An appetizing stop (Corsican cured meats and cheeses), tables in the shade, and a place full of every goodie! Very kind young owner who showed us the original vault of the shop discovered by peeling off layers of paint including a splendid fresco. Everything was pleasant, I recommend it.

04/11/2023: This is an absolutely incredible restaurant. The dishes are fresh, tasty, cooked and served with joy, it makes you happy. The wine (red, by the glass) enhances the dishes (and desserts), a must-try. In photo red mullet fillets, caramelized apple crumble, clam pasta, and the famous profiteroles, to taste!

21/10/2023: An excellent address. The cooking of the Saint Pierre is perfect, the Risotto excellent and let's not talk about the profiteroles.... Home cooking with passion. We will come back and highly recommend it. Very friendly owners.

29/03/2024: Very pleasant moment in this brasserie, a gentleman a little overwhelmed but so charming that we readily forgive him especially since he is 78 years old, super dynamic, gracious, kind, what more could you ask for. The lady in the kitchen (we assumed her wife) also came to see us to greet us, simple dishes but so good. (Omelette, fish, salad) Very caring and lovely people Prices more than fair
