27/03/2024: Excellent and authentic Corsican cuisine made by the very friendly owner, we have just returned (we were there in 2022) it is still as good and the welcome is also cordial well done 👏👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
20/02/2024: Randomly ! And not at all disappointed. Very good cuisine. Welcome, service by the very very pleasant owner. Small restaurant with small terrace. Perfect value for money. The dishes and desserts are homemade and very good.

11/05/2024: A fairly good meal but lacking in flavor. The price of the menu is interesting but unfortunately we come away disappointed with the dishes. The veal with olives is quite good, the starters (charcuterie plate and salad) are very simple.
We were particularly disappointed with the tasteless desserts (fiadone and flan)…

Jean Laurent knows his products, talks about them with passion: it's a change from establishments where you don't really know what you're eating/drinking!
The dishes are very good, the quantities are generous: a tip is to take a starter for 2 because it's plentiful, the same for the dishes, you have to have room 😆
The homemade liqueurs are excellent, we went to the grocery store a little further up the street to buy some a few days later, we can't wait to give our loved ones a taste!
A superb encounter during our trip to Corsica, we will not hesitate to come back if we return to the area 😄

07/09/2023: While exploring Sartène we discovered this little bistro which doesn't look like much. Make no mistake. The ice creams are divine. Made with seasonal and local products, in other words when they're gone, they're gone. You are assured that you are tasting real Corsican products. The pistachio ice cream especially with candied pistachios is simply divine. The best pistachio ice cream I have tasted in my life. We had the opportunity to talk a little with the owner who is adorable.
I highly recommend this ice cream parlor!
