22/08/2026: Amazing vegan food! Delicious sweet treats (cakes, tarts etc!) every day, great drink selection. We had the panini's for lunch and all three flavours were fantastic. Friendly & kind service from the owner, our favourite place in Perigueux!

14/08/2026: A must-visit! A lovely central pedestrian square, a beautiful setting, impeccable service, and tempting dishes. A truly wonderful place that's well worth a visit!

12/09/2026: This was our second visit for our wedding anniversary, and the 2026 experience was just as good as the 2025 one. The setting is beautiful, the service impeccable, and the food delicious. Everything seems so fresh that you almost wonder if the ingredients were harvested just before being cooked! We're truly surprised this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star, because in our opinion, it absolutely deserves one.

11/09/2026: I came here once before and was disappointed by the rice, which was full of soft, sticky clumps. For an Indian restaurant, I would expect the basmati rice to be freshly prepared, with light, separate grains. I chose not to post a review at the time and instead gave the restaurant my feedback directly. Unfortunately, I was invited back for my 50th birthday by friends, and although I was reluctant to return, I agreed. To my regret, the rice had exactly the same problem again. The portions were also surprisingly small, we waited an extremely long time for our food, and were the very last table to be served. What made the lunch particularly unpleasant, however, was the waiter’s behaviour. He repeatedly made sarcastic, pointed comments, with a tone that felt distinctly passive-aggressive. Rather than simply apologising for the delay or acknowledging our concerns, he seemed to turn them into opportunities for another sarcastic remark. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere at the table, which was especially disappointing on what was supposed to be a special 50th birthday lunch with friends. I had given the restaurant the benefit of the doubt after my first experience and chose to give them another chance. Sadly, the second visit confirmed my concerns, and the overall experience was even more disappointing.

17/09/2026: Passing through Périgueux and on the recommendation of the Michelin Green Guide, we enjoyed both your warm welcome and your delicious food. The presentation, the quality of the products... both food and drinks, you are practically perfect. Even our large black dog was pampered.

14/09/2026: A market-fresh menu. While the starter was pleasant, the main course and dessert were truly delightful. The kind you remember with a smile. And that's without mentioning the warm and efficient service and the pleasure of having lunch on the terrace at the foot of the cathedral, overlooking the square, which was beautified during Delphine Labails' unfortunately short-lived term.

08/07/2026: In historic Périgueux, near the cathedral. Very friendly welcome. Pleasant setting, whether on the terrace or inside. Delicious, well-prepared dishes. Excellent, original cocktails. Pleasant service. We will be back. A must-try for a great time.

15/08/2026: A flavorful restaurant near the cathedral. The dishes are based on seasonal ingredients. The bread is particularly good, it must be said. Very pleasant service. Prices are high, as evidenced by its Michelin star. In the hidden back patio, you'll hear the smells and sounds of the kitchen, so it's up to you. The dining room is air-conditioned. A great place to eat.

26/08/2026: It's a shame to give a more mixed rating, despite the very pleasant location in this area, but the pizzas did not live up to our expectations, average toppings and average crusts.

10/08/2026: A very good vegetarian restaurant, and not very expensive, especially for a historic center. A very warm welcome and quite a few regulars, which is often a good sign.
