Au Balcon.

16/10/2026: Three days after our arrival, we eagerly awaited the opening of this place, just steps from our accommodation.
The welcome was incredibly warm, unlike some other establishments in the area.
Our patience was rewarded. The place was inviting and elegant, and the food was top-notch, with a wide selection of beers and wines. The best part? A balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view ❤️

20/03/2026: Extremely welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend it! It has a real family feel, you feel right at home. We had a mixed platter for around €20 and two cocktails, a mojito and a passion fruit margarita, both €9, which were very good quality. The service is incredible; if we could give it 6 stars, we would gladly do so (as a bonus, a small shot was offered by the customers, who were just as friendly as the staff!!).

17/07/2026: A really lovely spot for a great evening with family or friends: the appetizers/tapas to share (or not) are delicious, and the main courses are absolutely excellent. Special mentions for the grilled cuttlefish, the scallops, and the burger. ❤️❤️❤️ We'd already been there as a couple, and this time we came back as a family. We'll definitely be back! 👍

The service was very good and quick. The value for money was quite good, in line with market prices.

27/10/2026: Having eaten at this establishment several times, I realized that the team leader, or even the restaurant manager, had no compassion or common sense to listen to their staff or the customers. According to several contacts who have worked there, this restaurant deserves a change of ownership because it's been far too long since we've seen the team change for trivial reasons. Their poor management of the restaurant and the service is simply proof that the owner or the team leader really doesn't know what they're doing. Otherwise, the food is good.
23/10/2026: I was there tonight.
We were a group of 12, and I was quite disappointed because my black pork shoulder was overcooked (dry), and two friends ordered the Toulouse sausage with mashed potatoes. They weren't told that there was a wine sauce that ruined the taste, and apparently, the sauce costs extra (€1).
Furthermore, the waitress came to order desserts and asked about coffees... the coffees arrived two minutes later, and the desserts much later!
So, for our next outings, we'll avoid this place!
What a shame.

His motto: I cook simply but with the best ingredients thanks to my network of partners
Example: he partnered with one of the best cheesemakers in the world to offer the finest matured cheeses of the region on his menu (the P'tit Mignon sheep's cheese made by the 4th best cheesemaker in the world, D. Bouchait)
In addition to being a chef, he is a farmer and producer with 1400 head of cattle
The meat is of exceptional quality, meltingly tender and cooked to perfection
The desserts are equally impressive; I recommend the homemade blueberry tart topped with rum-infused whipped cream
All this at very reasonable prices
Oh, and the chef is a big rugby fan and, incidentally, a fan of the Toulouse club
Nobody's perfect!

26/09/2026: A very nice restaurant, the staff are very pleasant and helpful in advising us on our choices of dishes and drinks.
The trout fillet with its spelt risotto was excellent, and the croziflette (a generous portion) was also very good.
13/09/2026: Extremely slow service. We arrived at 7:30 PM, and the restaurant wasn't full or busy. Taking our order took a very long time, and then we waited an even longer time for our drinks. So long, in fact, that we had to go ask for them.
When the food finally arrived an hour later, the burger was disappointing. The bun was terrible and dry. The steak, ordered rare, arrived well-done, and the cheese sauce was awful, with a grainy texture... as if it had gone bad.

29/07/2024: Accueil très sympathique.
Côté restaurant : merlu excellent, cuisson parfaite, sauce citronnée, accompagné d’une pomme de terre en robe de chambre bien fondante et de ratatouille. Assiette de charcuterie copieuse, variée et excellente.
Côté hôtel : chambre simple, propre, avec placard penderie, cintres en bois (ce qui est rare), TV, Wi-Fi, climatisation, salle d’eau avec toilettes indépendantes.
Très bon rapport qualité /prix ! Nous recommandons ++ cet établissement.
05/05/2024: Endroit agréable pour manger en terrasse. Nous n'avons pris qu'un plat chacun et c'était très bon. On aurait apprécié un peu plus de ratatouille d'ailleurs, tellement on l'a aimée !
Pas d'hésitation à avoir pour ce lieu nous concernant.
