23/12/2025: Fantastic Basque restaurant, very authentic, with incredible tapas. The clams were delicious, incredibly fresh, and perfectly prepared. Everything is full of flavor, simple and authentic, just the way we like it. The owner is lovely, welcoming, and passionate, which makes the experience even better. An amazing place where you feel comfortable and eat very, very well.

07/12/2025: Super delicious! The owner and chef are Chinese and used to be a sous chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant. You can immediately tell that their dishes are very different from other tapas shops. We will definitely come back to this place!

25/01/2026: A superb show that's renewed every year. Thank you for the horse presentation; we enjoyed it! The only very minor drawback is that when the little children sing for their grandfather, the lyrics get a bit too loud when the orchestra plays. When they sing a cappella, the words are perfectly clear, and it's very moving.

07/07/2025: I know this authentic bistro seems very busy at the end of the day. Through an acquaintance, I had made a reservation. So the only problem, probably due to the lack of space in the bar and dining room, is the noise from the bar's patrons echoing into the table-service dining area, especially when people are leaning against the bar in part of the small corridor leading to the restaurant. It's a shame there isn't a wine list, but probably because of the large number of bottles you can consume with your eyes. But a lovely evening.

20/01/2026: This place serve only small plates and is more like a Michelin star restaurant without the expensive prices. We chose 1 vegetarian, 1 sea and 1 meat. The waiter gives a detailed explanation about every dish. All dishes were special and tasty

30/01/2026: A mixed evening. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the service was OK, however, we were very disappointed with the meal. Nothing was very good: tapas, main course, dessert—everything was on the lowest level of culinary skill. It's not good publicity for Cuba. The caipirinha was nice, with one extraordinary thing: when the glass is empty, it's still full! (of crushed ice, of course). In short, not easy to get drunk! Personally, I'm moving on.

29/01/2026: A very mixed experience. The food was original and generally of good quality, very good even for a bistro. We ordered all the starters and 3 of the 4 main courses. The tarama was a bit of a letdown; it was too oily and hard to digest, so we left it aside. The deviled eggs were excellent, as was the mackerel salad. The oyster mushrooms were also delicious. The setting was very pleasant, but the tables were tiny. The wine list featured natural and high-quality wines, priced accordingly, but not exorbitantly. However, there were two major drawbacks: - There was no ventilation/extraction; the smell of cooking in the dining room was truly unpleasant. When we left, all our clothes smelled extremely strong. It was a strong, greasy smell that wouldn't go away. This morning, we had to put our jackets in the washing machine and dry cleaners; there was no other way to clean them because the smell was so strong. It was a real problem. - A waiter accidentally bumped me on the back of the shoulder with a plate/cutlery while clearing the table. We only noticed a (very) large grease stain and two significant greasy knife marks on the wool jacket just before leaving. Since we had our backs to the counter, they should have noticed. It was dripping. They said nothing, and when we finally noticed, I went to complain politely. I should mention that we left a €20 tip on a bill of €312.50. They apologized politely but didn't even offer to cover the cost of dry cleaning the damaged jacket, which is really unacceptable. Mainly because of the unbearable food smell both during and after our meal, the answer to the question "Would I go back?" is no.

04/10/2025: Hopped in here for a little bit before we headed off for dinner. Had some nice cheese and meat and tried a couple of wines. Really liked a cremant they recommended and ended up buying a bottle.
