08/03/2026: A real gem in the 5th arrondissement! El Cervantes restaurant is simply incredible. The atmosphere is warm and friendly; you immediately feel like you're in a real tapas bar in Spain. The tapas are delicious, homemade, and bursting with flavor: everything is fresh and perfectly cooked. Special mention goes to the sangria, which is excellent! The service is top-notch; the team is super welcoming and always in good spirits. The portions are generous, and the prices remain very reasonable, which is rare in Paris. It's the perfect place to spend a great evening with friends enjoying delicious dishes to share. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back very soon! 🌟

16/03/2026: Carine was so sweet, and I loved the service I received! I dined solo, and she took good care of me. I had the Pulpo and the pork belly! Both were perfect; honestly, the Pulpo was as good as the one I've had in Barcelona!!! The pork belly melted in my mouth. This was one of my favorite and many meals in Paris.

17/03/2026: Very noisy. Assembly-style cooking; everything seems pre-prepared. The cuisine is a bit "snobbish," but the result is quite pleasant. Avoid the wine; it's very expensive.

07/07/2025: I know this authentic bistro seems very busy at the end of the day. Through an acquaintance, I had made a reservation. So the only problem, probably due to the lack of space in the bar and dining room, is the noise from the bar's patrons echoing into the table-service dining area, especially when people are leaning against the bar in part of the small corridor leading to the restaurant. It's a shame there isn't a wine list, but probably because of the large number of bottles you can consume with your eyes. But a lovely evening.

11/03/2026: Dinner with the kids on a Saturday night. Roman-style tripe as a starter, incredibly flavorful and perfectly seasoned, followed by spaghetti with a sausage and fennel ragù that was simply divine. Friendly and efficient service. A well-chosen musical playlist. Pure culinary bliss! 😍

25/03/2026: Such a great find! Mi Ranchito Paisa offers a really warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout. I went for the vegetarian plate, and it did not disappoint. The beans were rich and full of flavor, and the plantains were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the authenticity and care in the food. Combined with the amazing service, it made for a fantastic experience. Definitely coming back!

24/02/2026: A superb show featuring magnificent horses trained by the Gruss family. Beautiful equestrian and aerial acrobatics. A warm and welcoming family atmosphere.

22/02/2026: I've been going almost every year since I was little. So let's say 30 years. I could never give the Gruss Circus a bad review. It's too sentimental. But I have to admit, this 2026 show disappointed me a little. Where the horses are usually the focus and the set design and costumes are always incredible, I was let down. The tribute is a beautiful idea, but the backstage aspect detracts from the magic. There are fewer costumes, fewer poetic acts with the horses. I feel like they've been relegated to the background, which is why we come. The musical aspect works if you have singers. So yes, it's sweet seeing little girls paying tribute to their grandfather, but everyone has their own expertise. Anyway, it's still a good time. It's sentimental for me at this point, but I hope that next year we'll return to the grandeur. It must be hard to reinvent yourself every year. That said, I remain a lover of their shows and a less successful year does not tarnish that in any way.

24/02/2026: Great restaurant, friendly atmosphere, and the fries were delicious. As was everything else, by the way. If I had to recommend a restaurant, it would definitely be this one.

16/02/2026: Nice place, open until 2 a.m. I highly recommend it for Kylian's service. On Valentine's Day, he single-handedly served 150 people, all with boundless energy, a smile, kindness, and a touch of humor. In short, just go for a warm welcome from Kylian! We only ordered dessert, but it wasn't worth the trip; it was frozen!
