31/03/2024: a stop on the ski route to remember...quiet hotel, very clean and perfectly functional room, dinner at the brasserie pub excellent value for money, a delicious Norwegian omelette, a fantastic rum baba, perfect pluma and burger, breakfast delicious quality, restful night, excellent bedding.
just 2 points to raise:
Be careful of the closed garage which is not seriously closed, on arrival it was open and on departure when we had just locked it a young girl on an electric scooter arrived trying to enter the garage and seemed annoyed that 'it is closed...so it seems that it is certainly open to all winds during the day..
we had reserved our dinner table in a brasserie pub. We were automatically placed in a corner of the glass part in front of the station...next to 2 green high chairs and a locked door..we were guests of the hotel and we found it curious that they took us there even though the room was empty? Not really a nice location...why this choice even if 90% of the tables were reserved? we accept this location if the room is already full happy to have a table but this was not the case...
Despite this, we will certainly come back next year with pleasure.
11/03/2024: The restaurant is really nice, the food is pretty good, the service is good. There is a bit of a lack of staff in the dining room and the lighting is a bit too bright.

31/03/2024: Reserved at 12:30 p.m. we arrived at precisely 12:42 p.m. visibly we are already disturbing, the waitress not very competent gives us two menus for 8 people no drinks menu, the children's dishes out of 4 two arrive cold we are served them during the aperitif, the adult dishes arrive later but really the quantities are modest for the prices charged. Very disappointed we will not come back!! For sure ! In addition the waitress offers us two coffees for the wait and the two cold meals served, sacred gift 🤣

03/04/2024: A very unpleasant experience, a terminal, 24 hours a day that only works when it wants, leaving people waiting outside, in the cold, the assistance button does not work either, and runs in a loop until we are become crazy. No one at night reception, supposedly because the terminal will do the job... That's not the case so it's really not great. Excessive price for the service.
But otherwise impeccable work from the cleaning staff, well done to you and a decent room with a beautiful view.
24/03/2024: Note: this review concerns the Ibis hotel, and dates from 2022. Since then the hotel seems to have changed its name.
The hotel does not offer the services expected for a 3*. The carpet in the corridors is old, in the room the paintwork on the doors is damaged by knocks from suitcases or other things (the rooms are small), not to mention the stained carpet floor. The door knobs are unscrewed, the bathroom towel hooks hang from the wall. The wall paintings offer orange tones worthy of the 70s. You can also hear the noise of the traffic.
In short, there is better.

22/02/2024: So to begin with I don’t understand why the establishment closes at 2:30 p.m.
Flunch has always been open for 4 a.m. which allows you to sit down with a friend to chat, but now it's no longer possible, knowing that there's only that in Montluçon. Great

22/02/2024: It bothers me to put 1 star, if I could have not put one it would have been better. I'm not the type to complain, but when I see this cafeteria it's enough to pull my hair out, in the 2000s when I came flunch to be attracted by these choices, 20 years later when I see the choices on the menu and that nothing has changed, I find it sad that in 20 years nothing has changed but for now. Today we eat cardboard, last time I ordered a steak unfortunately it was as hard as the table, I will send my dentist bill to flunch, the only positive point was the pancakes which were well stocked, it brought people to four o'clock, but today it is closed at 4 o'clock, in the evening, not many people, but I can understand given the welcome there is and what we are served. Flunch Montluçon is going straight into the wall and it won't get better by closing the four hours. Run away!!!

30min just to prepare the order, no answer on the phone, no follow-up, service clearly not up to the price, there is nothing more that works, I strongly advise against if you order delivery because it does not follow
