15/07/2026: We came for a World Cup match, booked online. On their Instagram they'd advertised a red, white, and blue cocktail… but when we got there: nothing at all 🤷♂️ Not a single mention.
The service was complicated: there were only three of them for everyone, so we had a long wait between courses and drinks ⏳
Starter: deviled eggs… only one egg while other tables had one and a half 🤨 Not great.
The frog legs were huge, but there were only four of them, and the meat was a bit small. Overall, it was okay, nothing special 🍽️
The atmosphere wasn't anything special. Thanks anyway to the waitress who was super nice 🙏
Regarding the match: we had to ask them to turn up the volume, and they didn't turn off the restaurant's music... so music + commentary = not great 😒
They advertise the match, but in the end, we felt we would have been better off going somewhere else.
The food was decent enough, but nothing special, and the atmosphere was just okay. A shame 😕
12/07/2026: We had lunch with a friend who wasn't feeling well. The service was impeccable, and the food was very well looked after.
I would recommend it.

We received a very warm welcome and excellent service from start to finish. A huge thank you to Marine, our head waitress, who was incredibly friendly and offered excellent advice for pregnant women and those with allergies. She truly made our visit even more enjoyable.

15/06/2026: The service was far too slow; we had to ask for our aperitif after 30 minutes. The duck leg, cooked at low temperature, was burnt to a crisp, and the homemade mashed potatoes were just mushy potatoes. The homemade fruit salad looked like it came straight from a can of Saint Mamet fruit. The bread was stale!
And to top it all off, they handed us the cutlery. Avoid at all costs.

The food is very good and of good quality.

02/06/2026: Our room was in the attic, quite small, and not very comfortable. The bathroom, however, was new, large, and excellent. The location near the park is a real plus: about 300 meters away, less than a 5-minute walk. A large public parking lot just around the corner makes choosing this hotel an easy decision. (Low fee, free at night)
03/05/2026: Impeccable service, a full breakfast, and a very friendly and attentive staff.
The room was clean and well-appointed.
The location was perfect, right in the heart of town opposite the church, allowing you to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The spa was also very pleasant.
We will definitely return! Thank you!

01/06/2026: If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star.
We were in Vichy for the big Sunday Brocante market. We thought we'd grab a quick bite, so we ended up here (what a shame).
The special of the day was a salad with rice (cold, overcooked, probably thawed), avocado served with the skin still on, cold chicken curry that wasn't cooked through but was still pink, and roughly chopped raw onion.
The waiter cleaned his nails before setting the table for us.
When serving the salad, no attention was paid to any intolerances or allergies.
The price compared to the quality of the food is shameful, more than €30 for a poor and unhygienic kitchen.
Don't eat there even if you have no other option.

09/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at this bar/restaurant. The waitress was extremely unpleasant from beginning to end: sighing, rolling her eyes when we asked for something, and generally disrespectful.
We asked for water several times but were never served, to the point where we had to go get it ourselves from the bar.
It's a shame because the atmosphere of the place could be pleasant, but the service completely ruined the experience.

13/04/2026: Way too noisy (clattering dishes, a hand dryer in the basement that sounds like a fan, too many people and not enough space between tables). It's chaotic everywhere, the waiter is too rushed, brushing past us every time he goes by and even knocking over a little girl. This kind of place is fine for a drink on the terrace, but not for a family meal. P.S.: The croque monsieur was good, but the steak tartare was really terrible 😟

05/01/2025: La serveuse n'est pas agréable du tout. On a attendu 25 minutes, la dame servait tout le monde sauf moi et ma fille. En plus, elle a ajouté que si elle veut on peut attendre encore plus longtemps. Très déçue du service et d'accueil.
