22/02/2026: We stopped by their restaurant three years ago, which is why we returned, but we were very disappointed when it came time to pay the bill: €260 (see attached photo of the receipt). The price of the undercooked ribeye steak was €176, and the waiter offered it to us without telling us the price beforehand. I find that outrageous. We will never go back. I absolutely do not recommend it; beware of the shocking price gouging when the bill arrives.
08/02/2026: Completely disappointed by this restaurant. The very expensive meal was not at all up to par. I'd been warned, but I wanted to try it anyway. The staff are friendly, the place is pleasant, but I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend it either.

13/02/2026: A pleasant stay at the Hôtel Restaurant de la Citadelle.
A very warm welcome and friendly staff. The hotel is very well located, especially on the Durance River side, with a truly lovely view.
The room could use a little updating, but it's still adequate.
The food is simple and good, the breakfast is decent, and overall it offers good value for money.
Negative point: no free parking in the immediate vicinity.

05/04/2025: Otherwise the pizzas were always OK. But today the seller took advantage of the language barrier to "sell" me an old, warmed pizza. Sorry. that was the last pizza at ANGE
05/04/2025: As always perfect, a delight products, very good quality staff, very welcoming and attentive. Always a pleasure to go there, by far one of the best industrial type bakeries in the area. Thank you very much, keep it up.

28/09/2024: Carpaccio was cold, tough and wet. Few taste. My husband had something like lamb with tough pieces in between and little flavor. We were busy cleaning while we were still eating. Downright bad and we are easy eaters!

15/09/2024: Super tasty snack with good value for money. The fish and chips were divine and prepared with a lot of love. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I'd love to come by again.

The products are fresh, cooked to order, tasty.
The prices are very reasonable.
What more could you ask for?
Visited again very recently, and still very well received and always excellent taste quality.

21/12/2025: We requested a room for three nights, but unfortunately we had to leave early Sunday afternoon. The attendant asked the owner if we could pay for only two nights, which she refused. I noticed the room hadn't been cleaned, so we were being charged more for a service not provided. I feel sorry for the employees who go out of their way for such an unprofessional owner.
23/11/2025: A nice little hotel to stay in.
The hotel's biggest plus is its staff, who are very welcoming and friendly.
The hotel has underground parking, but access is very limited for SUVs.
Breakfast is average.
Two drawbacks for me:
1- The Wi-Fi is very unreliable, with frequent connection problems and dropouts.
2- The bathroom window has no shutter or curtain.

26/08/2024: Correct meal, nothing more. But a very long wait between each stage of the meal from the moment we sat down, then received the menu, then made the order, then received the dishes, etc. The only quick stop was when we paid.

21/09/2024: Très déçue, pas par le service n'y par le repas mais par le bruit intenable causé par les enfants de clients qui ne s'occupent pas de calmer les cris de leurs enfants
Nous n'arrivons pas à tenir une conversation tant c'est bruyant
Nous avons signifié notre mécontentement au personnel mais rien n'y a fait !!!!!
Des clients ont même écourté leur repas pour fuir ce vacarme
Nous aurions dû en faire autant
18/07/2024: Dans le hall d une galerie marchande, une carte équilibrée et raisonnable en terme de prix. De biens beaux burgers originaux qui comblent un gros appétit. Ns avons passés un moment agréable.

09/07/2024: Tout est parfait. De l'entrée au dessert, des produits frais, une cuisine raffinée et originale, une carte renouvelée chaque mois. Julie et Joan sont toujours au rdv. Une adresse à ne pas manquer si vous passez vers Sisteron, foncez les yeux fermés.
