25/12/2025: The dishes are served like a Michelin-starred restaurant: innovative and delicious. I go often and it's always a surprise. The service is excellent, perfect for business lunches for those who need a quick meal, but also for enjoying a nice meal in good company, accompanied by a good wine... I recommend it.

It's an old building, beautifully renovated.
The atmosphere is lovely, in a charming old cellar.
The service is also impeccable, with unfailing kindness 🙏🏻
As for the food, it's consistently excellent, and sometimes quite simple. But in any case, it's delicious and plentiful. A must-try!

02/01/2026: Pleasant vaulted cellar, original and refined cuisine, excellent service, we will be back
21/12/2025: Every time we head into the mountains, we stop at this charming little restaurant in the center of Sisteron. The lamb platter, prepared in several ways with various side dishes, is delicious, as is the trio of crème brûlées. The service is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. A pleasant experience every time.

13/02/2026: A pleasant stay at the Hôtel Restaurant de la Citadelle.
A very warm welcome and friendly staff. The hotel is very well located, especially on the Durance River side, with a truly lovely view.
The room could use a little updating, but it's still adequate.
The food is simple and good, the breakfast is decent, and overall it offers good value for money.
Negative point: no free parking in the immediate vicinity.
02/02/2026: Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed.
No heating in the bathroom and only a weak heater in the bedroom. This is quite unfortunate.
Breakfast was plentiful but the products were of mediocre quality.

28/09/2024: Carpaccio was cold, tough and wet. Few taste. My husband had something like lamb with tough pieces in between and little flavor. We were busy cleaning while we were still eating. Downright bad and we are easy eaters!
27/09/2024: Super good and plentiful meal, perfect service even my dog had the right to her bowl of water without even asking for it

05/04/2025: Otherwise the pizzas were always OK. But today the seller took advantage of the language barrier to "sell" me an old, warmed pizza. Sorry. that was the last pizza at ANGE
05/04/2025: As always perfect, a delight products, very good quality staff, very welcoming and attentive. Always a pleasure to go there, by far one of the best industrial type bakeries in the area. Thank you very much, keep it up.

04/07/2025: Very well located hotel, but very outdated. Friendly staff. One downside, however, is the crème Catalane (Crème Catalane, or crème brûlée for other regions) for €10.
18/06/2025: Just asked for a coffee even though I wasn't staying at the hotel, and I was served like one of their guests. ☺️
Great coffee and little treats (cakes, small croissant) served on the terrace for €2.50.
Super friendly service.
I won't miss staying at this hotel one day. 👍

26/08/2024: Correct meal, nothing more. But a very long wait between each stage of the meal from the moment we sat down, then received the menu, then made the order, then received the dishes, etc. The only quick stop was when we paid.

21/09/2024: Très déçue, pas par le service n'y par le repas mais par le bruit intenable causé par les enfants de clients qui ne s'occupent pas de calmer les cris de leurs enfants
Nous n'arrivons pas à tenir une conversation tant c'est bruyant
Nous avons signifié notre mécontentement au personnel mais rien n'y a fait !!!!!
Des clients ont même écourté leur repas pour fuir ce vacarme
Nous aurions dû en faire autant
18/07/2024: Dans le hall d une galerie marchande, une carte équilibrée et raisonnable en terme de prix. De biens beaux burgers originaux qui comblent un gros appétit. Ns avons passés un moment agréable.

09/07/2024: Tout est parfait. De l'entrée au dessert, des produits frais, une cuisine raffinée et originale, une carte renouvelée chaque mois. Julie et Joan sont toujours au rdv. Une adresse à ne pas manquer si vous passez vers Sisteron, foncez les yeux fermés.
