20/09/2024: Service épouvantable, si on vous dérange il faut le dire… Parce que nous avons annoncé en arrivant que nous avions un train à prendre on dirait que vous avez pris un plaisir à servir toutes les tables alentours, arrivées après nous, avant nous !!! Minable service, une honte… On est parti sans dessert et sans café.

04/09/2024: Attratti dai pesci e frutti di mare esposti in bella mostra, abbiamo deciso di fare un veloce pranzo a l'Oursin (che, in quel momento, di certo non traboccava di gente); l'esperienza è stata pessima da ogni punto di vista. Io ho preso un piatto di crudo, mentre mia moglie il menù del giorno. Nel mio piatto solo le ostriche erano gradevoli; le conchiglie erano secche e dure, i gamberi erano assolutamente dozzinali (nemmeno crudi ma precotti) e le fasolare piene di sabbia (ed una direttamente andata a male). Il menù del giorno di mia moglie comprendeva, un piatto principale composto da un trancio di pesce molto deludente, ed un dessert affrettato ed insapore. Pessimo il servizio: raramente abbiamo visto tanta maleducazione da parte di una sola cameriera (una ragazza giovane, mentre un'altra signora ai tavoli era certamente più cordiale) che ha prima rotto un bicchiere a pochi centimetri da noi, col rischio anche di ferirci e non ha pensato nemmeno di scusarsi e, dopo, quando le abbiamo chiesto se poteva portare il dolce del menù del giorno (era passata un'ora e mezza da quando ci eravamo seduti, durante i quali avevamo ricevuto solo il piatto di crudo ed il "piatto del giorno", ci ha risposto (testuale) "dovete aspettare". Quando le ho fatto presente che non è quello il modo di rivolgersi a dei clienti, ha finto di chiedere scusa (finto, perchè il tono e le espressioni facciali erano tutt'altro rispetto a chi è dispiaciuto) , affermando che si era espressa male, parlando poco l'italiano (cosa che nessuno le aveva chiesto di fare, dato che mi ero rivolto a lei in inglese ... e se i francesi hanno problemi con l'inglese, beh, crescano un po' nella scala evolutiva). Francamente due ore buttate.

28/09/2024: I know I'm in France... and I shouldn't have ordered a pizza but I did. The crust wasn't fully cooked and the taste was bland. They served it with what appeared to be a chili oil but that also didn't have any flavour to it. As it was the only dish ordered, my rating can only be based on this. The restaurant was definitely busy as it was Saturday afternoon and there were two people serving. The one woman appeared to be doing most of the serving in the entire restaurant while a gentleman appeared here and there. Maybe I just stopped in on the wrong day at the wrong time and ordered the wrong thing because I just don't see how this could be so highly rated.

23/09/2024: We left immediately, asked if there was still room with a "hello" and "please". The reception was poor, telling us to wait at least 30 minutes in a contemptuous and non-courteous tone. Please review your welcome.

08/12/2024: Reçus en fin de soirée et ravis de pouvoir être servis, nous avons opté pour le Wagyu. La qualité fut loin de nos attentes dans ce restaurant réputé pour ses viandes, pour un tarif somme toute relativement important ! Dommage !

07/12/2024: Bon restaurant, sans le plus que nous espérions… Viande extra ! Cuisson au top !! Service agréable , mais un peu « pressant » pour un dîner. Accompagnements correct, une déception sur les sauces (vraiment des doutes sur le fait maison annoncé , ou, les produits pour leur création ne sont pas « frais/du marché ») Nous n’avons pas voulu aller jusqu’au dessert. Boissons: hors de prix ! Le cadre est cool, les WC pas top…

21/09/2024: Had an excellent homemade ice cream and was served quickly by the waitress but to get a waffle I had to ask for it, I had time to eat my ice cream slowly and when we discreetly showed up the waiter pretended to see us, not nice! This place does not take holiday vouchers.

17/09/2024: Went for lunch and had entrecôte with chips and drinks. The steak was massive and cooked to perfection. The service couldn’t have been more helpful. We asked for help in getting a taxi and they ordered an uber. They then ensured we waited at the restaurant whilst they checked for Uber arrival. Couldn’t have asked for more. Strongly recommend. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and there are less expensive items on the menu.

25/07/2024: Magnificent pink Martini concert at the pinède jazz festival...even on the promenade you can sit and eat...there was space unlike other concert places

14/07/2024: We went to Jazz a Juan. Everything was super organized. There were also various games for children. Snack and drinks stalls. Plenty of clean toilets. Overall, a super relaxed, nice atmosphere. Actually just like you imagine Cote d'Azur and Provence.

11/02/2024: Un vergognoso cappuccino a 3,90, una minitazzina (mini) di schiuma di latte (schiuna) per la bimba a 2 euro (due euro). Chiediamo le.brioche in bella vista sul bancone e ci risponde il gentil proprietario che sono personali, non i clienti. Vergognoso e assurdo. Ovviamente niente scontrino, solo quello di cortesia, dulcis in fundo

03/09/2024: Very very good food, e g Gnochi with truffle The waiter was rather arrogant, the lady manager was rather nerved when I asked her for the way to the toilet but did not find it, and showed me this by gestures. the food is excellent.
