12/12/2025: Magnificent setting on the ramparts of Old Antibes, superb panoramic views, and an idyllic terrace. The waitress was also very friendly and polite; no complaints there. However… a huge disappointment with the pastis. I paid €6, and it was served in such a tiny measure that it felt like I was drinking a simple glass of water lightly flavored with anise. The color was lighter than light—almost transparent. For an establishment in such a prime location, one expects at least a decent measure, not a ghostly pastis. It's a shame; the place deserves better. A little more generosity in the glasses, and the experience would truly live up to the setting.

29/11/2025: Bad experience this morning. Two servers were completely overwhelmed, and my order was never served after a good half-hour wait and having to ask twice. Meanwhile, many other customers who arrived much later were able to have their drinks. Too bad, we wanted to eat there afterwards.

21/11/2025: So I went there with my family during the summer holidays, and the service was really quick and good. However, a customer, probably a regular, was talking really loudly and was having a beer with the owner in peace and quiet, but we ignored it... My food arrived; I think I ordered a chicken salad, and THERE WAS AN INSECT! HELP!!!! Then I had two scoops of ice cream, and the price was a bit high for the quantity. Otherwise, the waitress was super pleasant and really kind.

07/10/2025: I really like this restaurant; its food is very good, with fresh, healthy, and very well-prepared ingredients. And its authentic French character makes it my favorite restaurant near the port of Antibes. I prefer to go there outside of busy days or hours, and I watch the veterans who meet there, chat amicably with the owner, and reminisce about their adventures at sea. It's not a Pagnol painting because we're in Antibes, but it's one of the rare living and authentic portraits of Antibes, daughter of the Mediterranean. And the food is good!

28/09/2024: Great beach restaurant, a sure value, I've been there several times and always a good experience. Obviously it's expensive, we pay for the frame. The view of Juan Bay is great and the decoration is really elaborate. I think I will come back next summer to try the private beach experience.

08/09/2025: Stopped here for drinks which were absolutely top class. My whiskey sour in particular was amazing. Lovely bartender and nice tables outside on a narrow street.

18/08/2024: ¡Para evitar, trampa turística! Personal inútil y no suficiente. . No hay servicio y comida por debajo de la media. No están cuidando de ti. Llevo muchos años viniendo aquí pero esta es la última vez.

05/08/2024: We wanted to stay for a night 🌙 and decided to check the vibe first. We arrived and each had breakfast. I was a bit disappointed by how bad the orange juice was. The coffee was really 👌, but the rest was not worth 22€ each. We were there very early, around 8:30, and wanted to relax on the sunbeds. However, a staff member with a very bad attitude told us they were for hotel guests only. The area was completely empty as you can see from my second picture. I got very annoyed and wanted to leave, and in my haste, I forgot my sunglasses 👓. I called the hotel, but they said they couldn't find them, even though you can see them in the photo with the white cover. That was the last time I saw them. A tip for the staff: Please speak with a gentle voice and attitude, especially in the morning. I tried to explain that we just wanted to relax for 5 minutes and then leave, but he said no, which I would understand if there had been any other guests around.

11/07/2025: Food is not tasty at all. Great atmosphere and singer is good. But I’m here for the food and it’s not good.

07/07/2025: Tourist trap, disappointing meal, and on top of that, they force you to pay for a set menu even though you didn't want dessert, and they charge you for two extra sodas. Find your own way!

19/09/2024: If we could put 0 I would have put it, waiter completely dropped or very tired, arriving at 8:45 p.m. starter 6 oysters, 9:45 p.m. still no follow-up after asking the waiter, I had to get up to ask where my follow-up was? ?apparently not forgetting straight away?? Service, cuisine, followed by pitiful staff!!! I have never eaten the rest and the only word from the owner is sorry it's already the second table this evening the cook is probably tired🤣🤣🤣 been smoking outside for 1/2 hour, in short establishment to be banned 0 points for All .

18/09/2024: Eh experience. Was lovely to sit by the water, however, there was over a 30min gap between appetizer and entree. Once the food came out, the fries nor pizza was hot. The stuffed mussels were very good though. There seems to be better places in the area worth trying.
