30/08/2025: A great place to spend some quality time at the bottom of the slopes. It's nice in summer because it's quieter and more airy than in Ax.
On the other hand, when you order a rib-eye steak, you'd rather not get a low-priced one. It's not great. It's not the same price. But otherwise, a warm welcome.
27/08/2025: Terrible service, customer-oriented. The waiter made us wait for 3/4 hour, without even offering us a drink, waiting for a table to become available before seating 3 customers who had just arrived... Incredible!

06/12/2025: My son was trekking and got lost.
On his way back, he missed his train and ended up outside on the street! I called this hotel, which was full! I explained the situation, and this gentleman found a solution for him for the night! I thank you so much for this act of kindness! And for your quick response, because without it, he would have been outside in the winter temperatures! So, a thousand thanks to this gentleman!

11/12/2025: My friend and I were desperately looking for a bathroom and the nicest man at the front desk let us use the one in the restaurant. We were so grateful, A+ customer service.
30/10/2025: This place is very special. The food is good and reasonably priced. However, if you order a flank steak, you might get an entrecôte, or vice versa. Sometimes the wait to be served is very long, but it's worth it. The place is superb, the owner is really friendly, and I've ALWAYS been surprised when it came time to pay: it was always cheaper than I expected! It's also great for children who can play safely nearby. I've even had the chance to get some exceptionally high-quality cuts of meat. It's all a matter of luck. Every time I'm in Ax-les-Thermes, I always make sure to stop by. The rooms are nice too...

19/08/2024: Mauvaise expérience malgré la gentillesse du personnel. Service extrêmement long car très mal organisé (compliqué avec des enfants!! Nous avons attendu plus d’une heure pour être servis).
Et en plus nous n’avons pas bien mangé! (Avions pris 1 burger, 1 assiette de charcuterie/fromage et menus enfants avec hamburger).
Plats de qualité très moyenne; les produits ne semblaient pas frais; frites pas cuites et grasses.
Prix vraiment élevés pour la qualité de la cuisine et du service.
28/07/2024: Je déconseille fortement. cuisine mediocre et service mal fait alors qu'il n'y avait pas grand monde. aucun geste commercial pour le retard et l'oubli d'un plat pour un des amis. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

08/08/2024: It is true that Chantal is not really friendly but I come for her cooking not for her pretty smile and frankly it was good, Aligot Sausage accompanied by a beer that the people ask for? Plus Chantal had crazy dough and she was still behind the stove

15/07/2024: Ayant vu une note correcte nous n’avons pas hésité, mal nous en a pris.
Deux verres de vin blanc en apéro pas frais.
Carafe d’eau réclamée à 3 reprises
Entrée servie n’est pas celle annoncée ( on nous vend une salade au poulet ananas et on nous amène une salade avec des morceaux de melon)
Et les plats arrivent dans une assiette brûlante, mais froid!
05/07/2024: Très bon , bon accueil. Les jours de semaine à midi, proposition entrée+plat 18€ avec 2 choix , vraiment bon et bien présenté, très agréable, belle terrasse.
