12/12/2025: A fantastic restaurant. Everything is homemade with quality ingredients. I had a beef bourguignon the best I've had in ages. A real treat! The service was quick and friendly. We also got to try a nice little wine, so I left with several bottles. Thank you, I'll be back!

20/09/2025: For our last evening in Narbonne Plage, we wanted to try this little restaurant that had been catching our eye for a while. And we weren't disappointed. The menu is small but high quality. The portions are generous. The service and welcome were top-notch. Very warm and friendly.
18/09/2025: I've known this place for almost 35 years, and the quality is always there! The recent change of ownership hasn't affected its excellent reputation at all: the food is simple but delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
The 5 stars are well deserved, keep up the good work! 😍

23/03/2026: We were truly disappointed. For a €69 menu, and with wine pairings bringing the total to around €80, one would expect, at the very least, some consistency between the semi-gastronomic offering and the service. But that wasn't the case. Our plates were simply placed in front of us without any explanation (even though we knew what was on the menu). We would have expected at least some explanation of what was on our plates, or at the very least, a simple "enjoy your meal." The atmosphere was like a canteen, far from the promise such a menu should inspire.

29/10/2025: Delicious menu with an original starter, the pumpkin and goat cheese crumble tart – a little gem. €19.50 for the lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert), I highly recommend it!

06/06/2026: I'm posting this review because I was extremely disappointed with the burgers. The bun was as hard as a cracker, and the cheddar sauce was grainy, probably because it had been reheated several times. The steak was okay, and the fries weren't great. I'm really disappointed, and I'm not trying to be a gourmet; go somewhere else and save yourself some time.
05/06/2026: It was right next to our hotel and looked promising. The place is great, and the service is good.
We ordered a couple of burgers (one of them XL). The meat is good quality, but the seasoning is very bland. The burger toppings in general are quite tasteless, and the cheddar drip is purely for show, adding no flavor. The worst part was the fries… a deep brown color (we thought they were sweet potato fries) and they tasted like they were reheated from the day before… we left them all.

11/05/2026: If I could give it lower I would. €10 for a hoegaarden is obscene and nothing about this place justified the frankly extortionate cost. That is double what it is everywhere else.

18/05/2026: We were a group of five and had a wonderful time. The service was friendly and attentive, and our dog was welcome too.
We ordered oysters, shrimp, entrecôte, carpaccio, tuna, and burgers, among other things – everything was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Overall, a very pleasant visit that we would highly recommend.

15/05/2026: An excellent experience at Brasserie Le France! We opted for the set menu and were not disappointed: the portions were very generous and you could immediately tell it was homemade and truly cooked. The value for money was excellent. In addition, the service was very good, with an efficient and welcoming team. A reliable address in Narbonne, I highly recommend it!

We received a very warm welcome; the owner was very pleasant, friendly, and attentive to the customers. We chose the €23.50 set menu, which was very complete, generous, and delicious. I highly recommend this place. If you are in Narbonne Plage, don't hesitate...

31/03/2026: €7 for a Desperados beer that sells for €1.20 at Carrefour, and not even a glass, straight from the bottle! Even on the Champs-Élysées it's not that expensive!
I understand that bars need to make a profit, but this... is that serious?
