07/12/2025: We had a wonderful time! We went there the evening of our arrival in Alsace, and this restaurant allowed us to start our stay off right with a very good glass of Pinot Noir and a fabulous tarte flambée with Munster cheese! I highly recommend it!

12/01/2026: A wonderful Christmas celebration at Restaurant Muller. The extension is magnificent. The service is very professional. The meal was perfect, congratulations to the kitchen team!
01/01/2026: A very pleasant stay to celebrate New Year's Eve.
The entertainment, however, needs improvement for this evening; the entertainer wasn't up to par.
Aside from this minor drawback, a very pleasant stay as usual.

04/07/2025: Had a nice meal (canard) at an attractive price compared to Belgium. Good service on the terrace, beautiful setting with fountains and palm trees, gives some 'grandeur' to the whole.
02/07/2025: Lovely hotel only let down by the gentleman on the bar / reception. Felt like we were an inconvenience for being there.

06/12/2024: Disappointing experience in this restaurant, The service was slow and not attentive. The servers were disorganized and forgot several items from our order: the bottle of wine which we never received as well as the main course accompaniment which we had to request twice. The meat was asked to be cooked to perfection and received blue.. the dishes did not come at the same time.. and so on.. Knowing that there were 6 servers for not many people.
The icing on the cake: During the bill, we expressed our dissatisfaction to the so-called restaurant manager. Not only did he not even apologize, but he displayed a haughty and superior attitude, as if the customers' remarks did not concern him. No gesture was offered, only a condescending look.
First and last time in this restaurant. To flee!

11/08/2024: Très déçu par ce restaurant. Service totalement inefficace, très très lent. On attend 1h entre chaque plat. On m'a servi une entrecôte dure, trop cuite, sans goût, viande d'entrée de gamme. Heureusement les frites étaient bonnes. Dessert très quelconque. Bel endroit dont on pourrait faire un beau resto - mais ce n'est pas ça
21/07/2024: Année 60… un voyage dans le temps! Service sympathique ! Pas cher mais pas bon, voir infâme.. il vaut mieux éviter ! Seules frites maison sont bonnes mais viandes ou bouchées à la reine de très mauvaise qualité ! J’avais souvenir d’enfance excellent mais la c honteux!
