Homemade cordon bleu and blueberry tart for €12 and excellent! Smiling and very pleasant waitress. Pretty decoration of the room in a warm and Alsatian style. We really appreciated it. THANKS. 01/04/2024: From the first bite to the last sip, we enjoyed ourselves. Snails with blue trout, perfectly cooked, forgotten tastes and a delight for the taste buds. Very friendly and family service. This restaurant is definitely worth the detour.

02/04/2024: Sunday March 31st we reserved a table for 2 people - We chose L'AIOLI!!!! on the plate a small piece of saithe, half a carrot, a small piece of cauliflower and two potatoes - "sous-vide" potatoes and not homemade potatoes and a very small pot of mayonnaise!! !!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT for the price of 23.90 euros per person!!!! my advice - avoid this type of dish to avoid falling into the trap!!!!

31/03/2024: I recommend this bar a thousand times. I go there almost every week, whether to eat or drink. It has become my favorite bar. The best cocktails (with and without alcohol) I've had, the food is incredible! And what would this bar be without the adorable waitresses who bring good humor as soon as you walk through the door. I have already tasted the goat cheese tarte flambée and a salad, both are incredible and served in generous quantities (for the salad).

09/03/2024: I tried Maison biscuiterie in three different alsaclenne village. Macarons were the most delicious product here, nougats were ordinary, but I didn’t taste chocolate. However I tried several another famous alsacienne patisserie. Undisputedly the best one is Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie.
Classic macarons with Champaign and lemon , and traditional macarons with passion are my fav.
Also staff was very kind in all stores.

Dilapidated rooms, poorly insulated (we heard the work next door as well as the doors slamming until we woke up at 8 a.m.)
Very dated bathroom and black shower seals…
Indian Spa and Yonaguni crowded with people…
Very cold spa staff..
Expensive for what it is compared to other similar establishments.
However, decent dinner and pleasant restaurant staff.
25/03/2024: Dated rooms, decoration that leaves something to be desired, crumbs on the sofa, damaged walls and furniture etc... For the price of the room and the quality of the hotel it is far below what we expected.
The hotel SPA is a real plus, very well decorated and well equipped, you feel good there. The Yonaguni SPA is simply wonderful, an experience to be had at least once.
The dinner was very good but the attention given to the customers was not up to par with the restaurant. The breakfast is really high-end and very good, you don't miss anything.
The staff is very polite and pleasant.

Pleasant staff, helpful, friendly interior room.
