The menu was incredible, with authentic and rediscovered flavors, a subtle balance throughout the meal, and seasonal ingredients. What more can we say? The kitchen and service teams are perfectionists – thank you for this wonderful evening!

04/04/2026: Small, extremely noisy wine cellar...simple and relatively expensive dishes. I ordered a cordon bleu: the cheese was strong and the meat overcooked...the presentation was basic, just my cordon bleu on the plate: you expect much better! In short, extremely disappointed

Each course was a culinary highlight, beautifully presented and of the highest quality. The recommended wine perfectly complemented the meal. Everything was simply wonderful. 16/04/2026: The welcome was very warm, but the food was disappointing. The savory crepes were very sparsely filled, and the sweet crepes didn't live up to the quality of those in Brittany.

13/03/2026: Excellent evening at the restaurant in Obernai! We had a wonderful evening at a truly successful themed event. The carbonara prepared in a Parmesan wheel was simply extraordinary. The service was impeccable and very attentive. I also regularly eat there during the week, and the daily specials are always excellent. Another great feature: there's always plenty of parking thanks to their large lot. I highly recommend this place!

09/04/2026: Excellent experience at Winstub La Dime. The sauerkraut was flavorful and very well presented, and the vol-au-vent was simply delicious, delicate, and comforting. All this in a friendly atmosphere and pleasant, traditional setting, with attentive and professional service. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend.

09/04/2026: We enjoyed two delicious meals at the restaurant. We were always warmly welcomed and well looked after throughout the evening. We don't speak French very well, but some of the staff were very friendly and even took the time to speak to us in German. The menu in German was also a great help. The dishes were all delicious. The quiche Lorraine and the meat pie were superb. I even had the kidneys twice! We highly recommend this restaurant and its team. A fantastic team and cuisine!

12/04/2026: Family meal today, nice and typical setting. Regarding the meal as a whole, the vol-au-vent was mediocre with few fillings and wasn't worth the price; the puff pastry was flat and stale. The accompanying pasta (tagliatelle) was a small portion. Luckily, the dessert made up for it. Very high price for the quantity.

Our waiter was exceptionally classy: perfectly attentive without being intrusive—the service was impeccable. As for the food… a true explosion of flavors! Each dish was a surprise, a subtle balance of tastes and textures. Bravo and thank you to the Chef for this magnificent discovery. The wines, carefully paired with each course, were also a delightful surprise. The presentation and explanations for each glass added an extra touch to this already exceptional experience. Thank you again for this superb evening. We will gladly return.
