18/04/2026: A perfectly executed frosty interlude 🍦 Just a few hours before my trip to the salt marshes, I treated myself to a little getaway to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer for a delicious treat at Pablo's. We then embarked on a quest to sample the true delicacies of this master pastry chef. From the moment we arrived, the ice was broken: warm, professional, and above all, passionate! No need to be cold: the promise of quality products, free from artificial colors and additives, was fulfilled. To help us with this potentially risky decision, we were offered samples of a few flavors before choosing. A true artisan who knows how to take care of his customers! After perusing this frosty menu, I opted for a pistachio scoop and a lemon meringue, accompanied by a homemade chocolate-peanut cone. Time to enjoy! Verdict: a perfectly executed combination and a flawlessly crafted frozen symphony! The flavors are perfectly balanced and melt beautifully on my palate. You can taste the expert's skill in every bite 😁 With an average bill of €7 for two scoops (€5.50) and a homemade cone (€1.50), the value for money is more than justified. I can only urge you to hop on your steed for a direct ride to Pablo's 😁👍

14/04/2026: It's absolutely fantastic!!! We received a really warm welcome, the horses are lovely. We weren't riding in single file, it felt so good to be completely in sync with our horse! And the gallops were simply incredible! When we came back from the ride, they offered us bull sausage – it was just amazing!!!

The restaurant is run by passionate people, and it shows in the service, the food, the flavor combinations, and the quality of the ingredients (all at very reasonable prices). If you appreciate good food and want to have a great time, look no further!

07/04/2026: A small restaurant we stumbled upon in November 2025, run by a couple and their daughters who help out. It's a shame they were out of mussels in the evening, as we had come specifically for them... But we tried the bull stew (gardiane de taureau) instead: a real treat! The customers were chatting amicably, and there were many regulars who came back every year. A lovely little restaurant. We'll be back this summer with our children to try the fish specialty that some customers had raved about... but this time we'll make a reservation to be sure of getting mussels, or we'll come for lunch. 11/04/2026: A very good restaurant! We received a very warm welcome and were served by a friendly waitress, and we enjoyed our meal. We ordered two specialty pizzas (burrata and stracciatella), which were wood-fired and delicious. The dessert (panna cotta) was also delicious. Very reasonably priced! A great place to eat!

11/12/2025: We absolutely loved the hotel, its facilities, and its strategic location, close to most of the beaches. The views from the room window were incredibly peaceful. Ulguike provided excellent service; ask him for recommendations and he'll give you fantastic suggestions. We will definitely return because it's an idyllic getaway for couples.

08/04/2026: This is the second time my husband and I have visited this beautiful place... and we were very disappointed. There were two groups of 15 and 18 people! So we waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food... which was barely warm, and no one explained the reason for the wait! And we weren't the only ones. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice... we enjoyed the previous dancer! Limiting tables to 8 people would be more reasonable.

11/04/2026: What a wonderful surprise this restaurant was! I had a bull stew with Camargue rice, absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and a generous portion. For dessert, I had a "Choc Wave," a marvelous chocolate mousse. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable, with a warm and cozy decor. The service was also impeccable. I highly recommend it!

25/10/2025: We chose this ice cream parlor because there are tables available to enjoy it on site. The homemade ice creams are made by Franck's uncle. They are frankly delicious; the whipped cream, although not homemade, is really very good too. Excellent churros! Franck gives very good advice, welcoming and attentive, his added value: his friendly smile.

14/10/2025: Very nice hotel, warm and friendly welcome. The rooms are spacious and very typical of the Camargue with old-fashioned decor. However, the very unpleasant thing is the smell of humidity in our room.
