But above all, a huge thank you to the staff, who were exceptionally kind ❤️ They were lovely and regularly checked on our eldest daughter, who unfortunately wasn't feeling well at the table. This thoughtful touch really touched us. 🥰 The restaurant is also very clean, with a magnificent and characterful decor. And a special mention for the boar's head near the restrooms 😂🐗: we weren't expecting that, but it's definitely part of the decor! We highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back! 👏

05/05/2026: Good intentions don't always translate into good execution. I could write a long paragraph about this, starting with the language barrier, then the "advanced tour" with 30 seconds of canter and zero trot, which didn't even last two hours instead of the booked three and a half, and finally the fact that we didn't even get the right address because the one in the email, as well as the one online, was wrong. But to put it simply: for locals, it's probably a great experience, but for tourists or anyone who doesn't speak French, it's not. Friendly people and beautiful grounds, but that's about it. All in all, very disappointing and not worth the money.

Today, I had the immense pleasure of organizing my own daughter's christening here, a very important moment for our family. Everything was perfectly orchestrated: the organization, the service, and the team's availability all contributed greatly to making this day an unforgettable memory. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness. It's a true joy to see that a place that was part of my childhood continues to host precious moments in my family life. 10/06/2026: From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the place. We were welcomed by Guillaume, the owner's son, who was completely dedicated to our various requests. After settling into our spotless and spacious room with a large bed and a very comfortable mattress, he invited us to enjoy a homemade aperitif, featuring a tasting of several local products, including bull chorizo ​​and exceptional Camargue oysters. Next, we savored sangre, cooked to perfection over the wood fire in the enormous fireplace, and delicious cheeses, finishing with a caramel flan made with eggs from the estate. A pure delight. After a stroll through the magnificent grounds, we spent a peaceful night. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend this most pleasant and authentic place. 23/07/2026: While strolling through the narrow streets of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, we discovered the restaurant "A Fleur de Sel." We received a very warm welcome and offered excellent advice on our refined and delicious dishes. We highly recommend this restaurant. A truly wonderful experience.

The service was excellent, everything was perfect, from the quality of the food to the generous portions. Everything is homemade and inexpensive. I highly recommend this restaurant, it's a real gem!

07/06/2026: A very pleasant surprise on the culinary front. Beautiful and excellent dishes. We opted for the "discovery" menu, and from appetizer to dessert, it was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The service could have been better, on par with the excellence of the cuisine; it was a bit too casual for my taste, lacking in precision. But in any case, a fine dining experience at this price (€45 per menu) in such a superb setting is unbeatable. Bravo.

I called to reserve a room for my granddaughter Tess and her fiancé for his birthday, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Lucie. Even over the phone, you can feel her smile, her kindness, and her desire to please. Lucie was absolutely delightful, incredibly kind, a great listener, and remarkably professional. It's a true pleasure to meet people who radiate so much warmth from the very first contact. The Hôtel Les Arnelles seems to reflect the Camargue itself: a place full of charm, authenticity, and serenity, where you come to find a moment of tranquility in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. I highly recommend this place, run by people who love the Camargue and who know how to share their passion, their warm welcome, and the soul of this magnificent region. Looking forward to discovering Arnelles soon.

26/07/2026: We booked through Staycation at this charming little hotel/ranch. It's surrounded by horses and flamingos. The restaurant is fantastic (allergen-friendly), and the rooms are clean and adorable. Special thanks to the receptionist I spoke to on the phone about allergens; she was very kind and welcoming, and she went above and beyond to adapt the restaurant menus. I highly recommend it, and we'll be back! ☺️
