31/08/2026: Simply excellent! We had the bouillabaisse royale, a delight. Only the desserts, tarte tatin and rice pudding, were ordinary, but the main courses were wonderful.

08/09/2026: A delightful evening! The owner was very friendly and welcoming, the staff were very pleasant and smiling, and the food was excellent! I highly recommend the perfectly cooked lobster and the desserts worthy of a 3-star restaurant! Bravo to the chef!
05/09/2026: We were very disappointed with the food today. We had already come last year to enjoy the spa and restaurant, and it was delicious. But this lunchtime, there was a problem with the beef cheek. They offered us a free bottle of wine as compensation, so we appreciated the gesture.

01/06/2026: A bit disappointed for a 4-star hotel. The room needs updating, the bathroom with shower wasn't great, and there were cobwebs on the window frames, which wasn't ideal. However, the pool, gym, hammam, and sauna were excellent.
Value for money not great. Breakfast was adequate.
28/05/2026: The Mercure brand is truly tarnished at this establishment. It was impossible to get a pain au chocolat, a croissant, or a spoonful of scrambled eggs sent to the room because "if everyone does it, you'll understand." Meanwhile, the €20 per person breakfast, which was nothing special, was paid for.
And to top it off, the drill was running at 10:00 AM...
Avoid at all costs; I absolutely do not recommend it.

06/09/2026: What a disappointment…
We ordered three mussels with different sauces. First, we waited over 15 minutes for our order to be taken, then over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Imagine our surprise when our food finally arrived: the mussels were overcooked, and half of them ended up in the bin.
Furthermore, the prices are exorbitant.
The only positive point is the view, which justifies the two stars.
We won't be back.

14/09/2026: On holiday in Cabourg, we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The veal stew with Normandy sauce was delicious, and they were very generous with the sauce! My partner had the shredded beef cheek stew (he loved it too). The same goes for dessert (chocolate cake for me, lemon crepe for him).

07/09/2026: A very nice and delicious place. After a bike ride, I stopped by the water to relax. I had a vegetable quiche, a coffee éclair, and a thin apple tart. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and the price was reasonable.

16/05/2026: Pleasant welcome. Above all, remember not to park in the car park opposite, even just to drop off your luggage, because in less than 10 minutes we got a parking ticket; the hotel warned us about this as soon as we arrived.
