10/03/2026: Shameful! A store like Leclerc that sells fresh products like vacuum-packed ham or cheese pastilles that expired the day before… I take the time to collect all these expired products and return them to someone in the store. With today's prices, I think Leclerc has the resources to employ the necessary staff to properly manage its shelves.

06/03/2026: The war in Lebanon is a convenient excuse: diesel prices jumped from €1.60 to €1.97 overnight!!! I don't understand it because Leclerc and Intermarché in Lisieux are usually among the best-priced in the department.

20/01/2026: Typical dessert called TEURGOULE (a kind of rice pudding with a crust on top) very tasty.

06/10/2025: A normal bar from the outside, but inside a beautiful, accessible dining room with both a la carte and daily menu options. The food is delicious and filling. The lady who moves the menu board on the floor in front of you is very friendly. Very, very good if you don't want to spend too much.

23/12/2025: If I could give zero stars, this would be it. A restaurant I've frequented for a long time, and which until now has been impeccable… but my last experience was extremely disappointing! I had booked a meal for 20 people for an event two months in advance with the waiter. (Invitations ordered and sent) The owner met with me to discuss the reservation… not a very warm welcome… a very arrogant person… however, I went ahead with it… Two weeks ago, like many others, I learned that the restaurant was closing its doors but continuing to offer service for professional and private events. (My event wasn't affected per se.) However, I sent an email asking if my reservation was still valid and if the conditions remained the same… no response… I went to the restaurant, the waiter passed the message on to the owner, who asked me… I'm still waiting for a call back… So I booked my event elsewhere! The day before yesterday, a caterer called me back saying they were taking over the reservations… I had the pleasure of telling him I wasn't going to proceed and wished him the best of luck working with an establishment like that! An arrogant boss who manages his reservations terribly, doesn't bother to call his clients back, and I think he doesn't care about losing a table of 20 people… he probably doesn't care about that… In any case, he's off to a great start with his new venture! Avoid at all costs, because they've lost a lot of customers! No wonder the employees are coming and going like they do every day of the week…

The food is amazing, we come from Indonesia and having this local food fantastic: Cod Fish (, Beef Soup and Chicken with local material so good. We recommended to all of you, the local food hunter 😍 Lisieux so amazing and the restaurant must try

25/12/2025: The café has really nice premises, with two rooms offering two very different atmospheres. The servers sometimes seem overwhelmed and tired, which I think explains the comments about other customers' experiences. However, I don't think you should force people to smile all the time, even in this line of work. It's not disrespectful, just a bit of a shame. Even if the servers aren't always beaming with happiness, they are always helpful. And you should see the insulting remarks they sometimes receive from other customers. Indeed, if you sit outside, you have to wait a while before being served. Perhaps making it official that you have to order inside would be helpful? It's done in many cafés, so why not here!

28/11/2025: I usually come here to buy my cigarettes when I'm in Lisieux, but today I was very disappointed because a woman forgot to give me change, saying I should have saved it for the betting shop, etc. Frankly, I won't be coming back to buy my cigarettes here.
