15/07/2026: Excellent restaurant! The service was friendly, quick, and professional.
To top it all off, the food was superb! The homemade hamburger was impeccable, the veal T-bone steak was excellent, and the portions were generous.
I recommend it 100%!

We went there because on a Sunday evening, not much was open, and... what a pleasant surprise!
The staff were outstanding.
"You might have to wait because we're very busy." They warned us right away, which isn't always the case. And so it was indeed very busy, but the staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling.
And what about the food? Well, it was good, local products, simple, and very tasty.
In short, a pleasant surprise.

29/07/2026: Passing through St Flour... quick service, perfect set menu with country ham salad and croutons, aligot (a cheesy potato dish) and pulled pork cheek, blueberry clafoutis-style tart for dessert, all for 16 euros... friendly and efficient waitress... nice setting... good place and good value for money... well done!

Plusieurs plats locaux sont proposés.
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir avant notre départ!
04/08/2024: On s'est vraiment régalé dans ce resto face à la cathédrale. De la viande extra, très savoureuse et goûteuse, spécialités d'Auvergne au menu, y compris pour les vins, très bon rapport qualité prix, accueil et service au top ! Grande terrasse extérieure.
