28/08/2024: Another lovely evening with friends at the beginning of August, marked by a real culinary crush. The rack of pork, accompanied by its three perfectly harmonized condiments, enhanced our gastronomic experience. Each bite was a delight, the flavors blending perfectly to offer a moment of pure indulgence. The service, impeccable and warm, added a touch of elegance to our evening. An address to recommend without hesitation for all lovers of good cuisine!
27/08/2024: Friendly hospitality and very good food! Tuna with squid was brilliant. Very attractive wine list. Easily best restaurant in La Flotte.

Un seul bémol il faudra attendre 1 an pour en manger à nouveau.

16/09/2024: Wanneer je aan de Frans kust bent wil je lekker eten. Helaas zijn er ook in Frankrijk de nodige"tourist traps" met matig eten en een ongeïnteresseerde bediening. Niet in dit restaurant. Het ligt direct aan de wandelpromenade langs de oceaan. Bij warm weer kun je buiten eten. Je kunt niet reserveren, 's avonds moet je er dus om 19:00uur zijn. Dan zit het ook meteen vol. De kaart is met zorg samengesteld en modern avontuurlijk Frans. Er wordt met aandacht gekookt. Prima wijnkaart. De enige aanmerking is dat we wel flink moesten wachten voor we brood en water kregen en wat te drinken konden bestellen. Maar desondanks een echte aanrader.
08/09/2024: This is a Must Go restaurant whether you sit outside or inside . Attentive service and truly excellent food . Superb wine.

09/09/2024: We popped in here for a lateish when we were struggling to get a table elsewhere and the staff were very accommodating. I had the prawns and my husband had the burger and they were both absolutely delicious! Thoroughly enjoyed.

Cuisine conviviale et excellente!
Nous avons pris les burgers au bleu d’Auvergne tout simplement délicieux.

Nice restaurant, we ate the veal tab, which was very good.
We will return without problem.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, who know how to welcome.
Warm setting.
We ate very well. Kudos to the chef, with a little extra for the sweet potato fries cooked to perfection.

08/09/2024: Although we were warmly welcomed, we were quickly disappointed by the lack of space between tables, the excessive price of the dishes (no main course for less than €17), and the rather messy service. The waiters are dressed like tourists and complain about other customers in front of us. We ate well overall, but the value for money is still high. My friends are still looking for the samphire sauce on the saithe. The toilets lack maintenance. Hopefully the kitchen will be cleaner. Damage.

10/09/2024: Saw 2 baguette sandwiches we fancied & started by asking deux baguette fermiers s'il vous plaît in my best French only to be barked at & told in French they weren't called baguettes they were called sandwich fermier which made me feel about 2 foot tall. I then started to ask for a coffee éclair & she got a bag out to put it in but I then said I'd like another cake. She sighed & dramatically threw a box on the counter & the bag away. My face by this time was bright red I felt so embarrassed. She then completely ignored me for my request of a 3rd cake & asked the person behind in the Q what they'd like, passing my cakes & "sandwich" to her colleague at the cash desk. Worse still 3 hours later when we went to eat our sandwich they were "italien" & not "fermier" so she'd given me the wrong ones. Awful service & not a very nice woman
