23/04/2026: We came for lunch today. It was a wonderful experience. The welcome was perfect, the service impeccable, and every dish excellent, every single one was superb. Thank you again for letting us enjoy the 7-course menu; it was incredible and very refined. Currently rated 1 star, but in our opinion, it deserves more like 1 or 2! I highly recommend your restaurant!

27/05/2026: On the port of La Flotte en Ré, a warm welcome and friendly service await you. The scallop menu was delicious (the scallops were cooked to perfection) and the dessert was superb! A must-visit on the island!

Just one small disappointment... the fries... fresh ones would have been nice.
Don't hesitate if you're in the area.

A big congratulations and another 5th star to the chef and the front-of-house staff! The team is extremely small for a menu offering such choice, quality, and service at very reasonable prices.

Impeccable service.
The restaurant next door was a bit noisy; they were celebrating a birthday.
Menu: Pork rib with barbecue sauce and new potatoes
Dessert: Speculoos tiramisu for 25 euros.

11/06/2026: We dined at your establishment on June 28, 2024. Our receipt was for €227.70, but you made a data entry error on the card terminal, registering a payment of €277.70, a difference of €50. Since then, we have been requesting a refund or credit note for the difference by email and phone to correct our accounting, but you are ignoring us. This is dishonest, especially between local businesses. It's up to you now!

15/06/2026: Just passing through. Booked a table in the afternoon. Very pleasant restaurant overlooking the harbor. The three waiters were very friendly. The beef was incredibly tender no matter how it was cooked, and the homemade fries were just as good! I highly recommend it!

01/06/2026: The location is ideal, but that's its only redeeming feature. The coffee is overpriced for its questionable taste, and the pastries, for the sake of French tradition, shouldn't even be called pastries. The signage doesn't accurately reflect the products and services offered. It's simply shameful that this is the only breakfast option in the neighborhood. Mr. Owner of Feuillette, I'm not one to wish ill on people, but I hope you go bankrupt so that real bakeries and specialty coffee shops can exist. Either you offer cheap and mediocre food, or you set higher prices but with a level of service and products to match.

04/07/2026: Romantic weekend on Île de Ré, we had lunch at the port. The location was lovely. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was very unpleasant because of the Formula 1 car playing in the background. We couldn't even have a quiet conversation.
Awful.
Despite the very friendly waiters.

22/04/2024: Sans restaurant désormais le nouvel hôtel Le Français a changé de tout. Confort, service (Sandrine, Joy), chambres, etc...une expérience sympathique et réussie.
On recommande particulièrement la grande chambre 32 à ,l'étage avec trois fenêtres sur le port et ses équipements neufs.
petit déjeuner en supplément un peu cher mais bien aussi.
