This is the first time that a hotel proactively called me back to let me know that a personal item had been forgotten...
22/03/2024: We had an amazing two night stay.
The hotel is clean with magnificent decoration. Designer bedroom and bathroom whilst retaining the charm of the period.
The catering section: breakfast and dinner were excellent.
The staff very pleasant and available.
Thanks again to the young waiter of the evening for the preview tasting of the cocktail and his professionalism during the two evenings.
Knowing that he juggles between the restaurant and the bar.

Very close to Place Colbert.
Note a partnership with the hotel
“La Fayette” opposite the Palais des Congrès, as part of an evening stopover including a meal in this establishment.

We are in Rochefort and when we push the door we enter one of those bistro restaurants in the old halls of Paris.
For me Proust's madeleine and childhood memories guaranteed.
And what's more, we enjoy the boss' banter and good humor.

06/04/2024: Disappointment for this first menu at 48 e with a supplement of 4 e for cod dish. The cod dish was cooked without respecting the ingredients indicated on the menu because it was served with chorizo, absence of langoustine during the second dish replaced without meat. I chose this dish because I don't eat meat. My wife had to insist that the dish contained meat. Finally in the kitchen we were told that the cook had added meat. My wife ordered the hake unfortunately the predominant ingredient was salt, she did not eat her dish. A bit noisy lunch room. A nice commercial gesture was made for my wife's dish, menu billed at 30 e instead of 48 e. The table staff is very pleasant and very professional.
01/04/2024: I give the maximum score because everything was there to have a great time for the Easter holidays. Experience to be repeated.

But the waiting time is too long 40 minutes because before there were 3 sandwiches to prepare
With the predecessors 10/15 minutes maximum even if there were 6/7 people before

03/04/2024: Great all around. Menus change every day depending on local sourcing.
10/01/2024: Very good little restaurant. Simple cuisine but with quality products: the meat is very tender and super good, the homemade fries are homemade!. Very good desserts too. The waitresses are nice. The ideal place to warm up in these winter weather!
We will return!
Perhaps in spring or summer to enjoy the terrace which overlooks a small lake.
