29/07/2026: An excellent restaurant that I highly recommend. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and the food simply delicious, with a chef who only prepares homemade dishes! The team is friendly and attentive, which makes you want to come back. I'm on holiday for a week in Royan and I have no desire to go anywhere else. Congratulations to the whole team for this wonderful experience!

A wonderful experience enjoying fresh, high-quality ingredients in a cozy atmosphere. However, be sure to book ahead, as, like all good restaurants, seating is limited.

Online booking is very convenient and, unlike some other restaurants, is always honored. We'll gladly return, as we haven't finished trying everything on the menu. 28/06/2026: I've been going to Le Pas Sage for several years now, and I've never been disappointed. From the atmosphere and the food to the friendly staff and the location itself, I'm always delighted. In fact, it's become a ritual. Every time I go to Royan, the first restaurant I visit is always Le Pas Sage. The Panko shrimp are to die for, although a bit pricey. The Makizza is definitely the star dish in my opinion; it's so excellent. The burgers are all delicious, and the burger of the moment is often outstanding. The pasta dishes are generous, and it's true that the quality, quantity, and price of the other dishes are perfectly balanced. And finally, how can I not mention the cookie, which is simply divine! In short, I'd say that Le Pas Sage reflects its owner and staff. It's a place where you feel good, you love coming back, and the only regret is when you have to leave. But luckily, we always return. And the new decor is fantastic! You always have excellent taste in this area. Well done, and see you very soon!

22/07/2026: The portions were very generous, and the mussels and homemade fries were excellent. My mother didn't like the salad she chose, finding it lacking in seasoning. Replacing the arugula with lettuce or collard greens would be a good idea. The ice cream desserts were good. The waitresses were friendly and attentive.

21/07/2026: Accessibility. Very easy to find and well signposted, the parking lot is large and the building is designed to facilitate access. The welcome is warm and the servers are attentive and helpful.

18/08/2026: Nice big terrasse with a view of the beach and perfect spot to watch the sunset. Food is always good and we often get a table without a reservation.

17/08/2026: A good time at Face in New York. The steak tartare was too small; the centers were still gurgling despite cocktails beforehand (served with two tiny doses of peanuts for a table of seven). The same goes for the beef tagliata and the crispy/tender beef, which deserved a more generous side dish. The location is great, and the service is friendly. The portion sizes need improvement.
