22/02/2026: A wonderful experience this past Saturday, February 21st. Everything was homemade, even my burger bun! The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I accidentally dropped my cocktail on the floor, and they kindly remade it for me free of charge. I'd only had two sips, but the gesture was especially appreciated.
In short, a great time with my girlfriend, and we'll definitely be back.

I visited Royan a few months ago to see my husband's family. We had a wonderful meal at L'Atelier.
Everything was delicious, perfectly cooked. Special mention for the homemade desserts—absolutely divine! The staff is welcoming and friendly. They also have a great sense of humor. A sure bet in Royan, far from the tourist traps.

While riding our motorcycles near Royan, our quick lunch break here was perfectly satisfying.
Both the service and the food are excellent. I highly recommend it. The prices are very reasonable.

03/02/2026: I came to try this restaurant for lunch and was satisfied with the quality of the meal. However, there were a few drawbacks: the wait was a bit long, but I was especially surprised to see customers who arrived after us being served before us, and to have to ask for bread that hadn't been brought with our food. I was also surprised to see that you can bring your dog to eat there, but why not?

15/02/2026: A very pleasant restaurant. We received a very warm welcome from a lovely lady who gave us excellent advice on the menu. The cuisine is very refined; the sweetbreads are excellent, and the chestnut mousse with its melting center is a delight and very light. I highly recommend this restaurant; the chef is an excellent cook.

12/03/2026: Passing through the area with my family, we discovered this superb restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic and very pleasant, the dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, and the colorful cocktails delighted our taste buds. A major plus: our four-legged friends are welcome.

01/01/2026: Lopez!!! The best ice cream parlor in ALL of Royan!! We already knew that!!! And their ice cream logs are to die for!! That was a real discovery. We devoured the Sicilian log!
30/12/2025: We ordered two Yule logs for four people for Christmas, and what a surprise when we took one of them out of its packaging—it was broken! I checked to make sure I hadn't broken it during transport, but no, the broken piece wasn't even in the box. When we politely pointed it out to the saleswoman today, she didn't believe us until she saw the photo, and the only thing she could say was, "But we check them..." Apparently not that often. I'm not saying mistakes can happen, especially during the Christmas season when there are a lot of orders, but the broken piece not being in the box means it was broken as soon as it was packaged in the kitchen... And to top it all off, in addition to being condescending, the saleswoman didn't even apologize, which, given the price of the log (€21.90 for the four-person version, remember), would be the bare minimum... Lopez is a Royan institution, but it's a shame that some employees don't live up to the brand's standards. the company and this damages its image.

20/03/2026: No atmosphere, service by different people without a smile... the lighting in our area was woefully inadequate. Noise from the extractor hood... We would have preferred background music like they had in other places. Nevertheless, the price was reasonable and the light pizza crust was appreciated for digestion.
08/03/2026: We haven't sold anything here for several years and were very happy to see the change. It's great, and we've been coming back several times since 2026. Excellent value for money and top-notch service. We've always been warmly welcomed and well served. You're fantastic and in a great location. It's a very pleasant experience to spend time here.
