02/07/2026: At the TGV, Marie always welcomes us cordially; it's not a gourmet restaurant at all, but you can eat very well for prices that today defy all competition.
30/06/2026: A surprisingly delicious and huge ham and goat cheese sandwich (really a large baguette) at this little café/ bar on a whistle stop today.
In and out in 5 minutes tops.

31/07/2026: Great restaurant where all the dishes are homemade, with a particular favorite being the beef tartare, which is excellent.
And always a very warm welcome.
A lovely spot where it's pleasant to have lunch on the terrace in winter or in the shade of the large tree in summer.
Reservations recommended.

02/07/2026: We had lunch here yesterday and it was absolutely lovely. I had the Caesar salad and my husband had a crepe and they were both amazing.
Their staff were nice and friendly and we felt it had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.
We would recommend this restaurant.
02/07/2026: Excellent crêperie. The staff was very attentive. The €14 all-inclusive menu was fantastic...everything was perfect.

08/07/2026: Discovered this little restaurant on a street corner. Friendly service, pleasant interior. Dishes beautifully presented, colorful, and the meats were excellent. One small drawback! Our eyes stung a little when a meat dish garnished with a flambéed herb was served. The restaurant is small, so this slight discomfort was a little disconcerting. The air conditioning was on, but the door was closed! We were eager to get some fresh air! Otherwise, I highly recommend it 👍
21/06/2026: Restaurant with original, delicious, local, and gourmet dishes. A special mention for the apricot and almond surprise 🤤🤤 I loved it, it was so good!

29/01/2026: The dishes were well-cooked and nicely presented, but beware of inaccurate descriptions on the menu board. For example, an avocado with tuna was listed as mixed with smoked salmon, and a chocolate and citrus cake turned out to be just a kiwi and citrus cake with a scoop of chocolate ice cream. This really spoiled the experience.

16/07/2026: Honestly, a fantastic experience! The dishes were excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. But above all, a huge plus for the service: the waitress was absolutely amazing, incredibly kind, smiling, and attentive from beginning to end. It makes all the difference and makes me want to come back without hesitation. I highly recommend it!

We hired Philippe Gault Catering in Saintes for our wedding on Saturday, July 11th, and it was a complete success. Exceptional service: The team of waiters and waitresses were incredibly kind and attentive. Charming, discreet, and always ready to help, they took care of us and our guests with exemplary professionalism. Excellent cuisine: The meal was a hit with everyone. Everything was delicious, refined, and of remarkable quality. Not a single misstep, from the appetizer to the dessert! 03/07/2026: An excellent place! The kebabs are truly delicious and the quality is always top-notch. The only slight drawback is that the portion size can sometimes be a little small depending on the day, but the exceptional taste more than makes up for it. I highly recommend it!

The waiters are rude, don't want to serve you and let you know it.
The cuisine, once again better elsewhere for less money and a warmer atmosphere.
