28/05/2026: I was ripped off. I paid twice as much for a label maker and printing ribbons as I would have at Bureau Vallée, which was just across the street. I went straight back to the store to explain, but they refused to give me a refund even though their equipment had just come out of the store. It's a disgrace to sell a product to professionals for more than double what it should be sold for. I no longer trust Rétif.

13/09/2026: The staff's friendliness and hygiene leave much to be desired. Furthermore, we had to wait over 20 minutes for cold meat because our food and drinks buzzer didn't go off, and the staff's response to this was simply, "That's how it is, here's your meal." The vegetable and side dish buffet was half empty and disappointing compared to other Flunch restaurants.

15/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! 😍 The duck breast was excellent, perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. Special mention goes to the Périgord foie gras, truly delicious and of exceptional quality. The Périgord salad was also a delight, generous and flavorful. Authentic and gourmet cuisine, featuring top-quality ingredients. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return! 👌

14/09/2026: Passing through Brive, I absolutely loved this restaurant! The waiter was incredibly friendly, the food was superb, and the value for money was amazing. I highly recommend it.

10/05/2026: The room, dating back to the 1980s, doesn't justify a 3-star rating. The carpet was outdated and dirty, the bathroom quite antiquated for the hotel's standard, with a stained sink, a stained towel, tape/splash marks on the mirror, no shutters, and a blackout curtain that didn't really block out the light. However, the location was quiet and the large bed was comfortable. The hotel is showing its age and is in need of renovation. A receptionist called at 10:59 am for an 11:00 am checkout, even though we weren't about to leave the room. The reception was closed on Saturday from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm on our arrival day, despite the advertised 3:00 pm check-in, and we had to wait outside for an hour. The restaurant was closed on the weekend, even though we had planned to eat there. It's rather poor, especially for a room costing €169 in high season; it's a rip-off.

18/08/2026: I had my order delivered, it was quick, and the delivery person was very friendly and smiling despite the three flights of stairs 🙏. The products are good, I recommend them.

29/04/2026: I am outraged by the quality of the housekeeping service. I stayed one night and found a pair of underwear and a sanitary napkin in the bed! I've included photos as proof. I never received any response from them, neither by email nor phone. The receptionist couldn't do much except pass on the information. Since then, nothing. No compensation whatsoever. I am shocked by the hygiene of this hotel! It's appalling!
