01/04/2024: I receive my steak tartare with the chopped "freshness paper" inside 🫤 so I discreetly ask the waiter to send it back to the kitchen to make me another one. The owner herself brings me back the old tartare, telling me that the cook apologizes and removed (how? In fact, I don't want to know) the paper in my dish. I paid for my entry and my glass of wine and ciao.

31/03/2024: I am disappointed with the welcome this evening I had reserved for 9 p.m. we arrived at 9:20 p.m. time to park and wait for our friends. The waitress blamed us for being late that evening there was no crowd in the restaurant no but on a Saturday evening we come from far away from the Dordogne then the very limited service we put the pizzas down not even good appetite We are distributed at 10:15 p.m., having neither aperitif nor dessert, too disappointed On the other hand, the pizzas are excellent, thanks to the pizza chef, well done for his professionalism

23/03/2024: Certainly the hotel's policy is not to admit the slightest cancellation after 30 days' notice but their rigidity at this level is abusive. Please note that following a reservation on Booking where we most often have real flexible offers with establishments, whose rooms are in any case already ready and the staff already on site (where an Airbnb cancellation can be more restrictive and yet often possible and human), this hotel refused to reimburse me, only thirty minutes after my reservation. My cancellation was due to the fact that at night and without a vehicle, I was going to be dropped off on the side of the highway. A friend called me to come pick me up and take me home even though I had booked the hotel, which was obviously very far from the highway. The staff on the telephone were as unfriendly as possible, haughty and very limited-minded. Probably reflecting the establishment's policy. At a time when hotels are failing, such brands should ask themselves why. [Re:] Google refuses my screenshot but the information is noted on your website. How much is the fee for a cancellation since other establishments accept exceptional free cancellation via Booking? And why not offer me a credit for example?

26/02/2024: Very good location and hotel that met our expectations for a stopover on the way to the ocean. The hotel is very quiet (although close to the station), the family room is suitable and the welcome is great.
