17/05/2026: We chose this restaurant for its fish menu, and it was an excellent choice. My wife selected a fish from the tank, and I wanted to order a lobster, but the owner kindly warned me that it would be expensive because the lobsters weigh at least 2 kg. I opted instead for a delicious octopus.
This restaurant doesn't try to overcharge its customers, which is rare.
The dessert was also delicious. Furthermore, the waitress and the owner were very welcoming.
14/05/2026: A wonderful discovery for our last day, very pleasant service, everything was very well cooked, tasty, lovely sauces and exquisite desserts, thank you.

28/06/2026: 5 stars for the service. A few well-placed nods, not a word… we quickly felt like we were being treated like dirt. The waiter's voice, on the other hand, must be reserved for those in the know. Authentic, let's say 😉
26/06/2026: Corsican menu, excellent veal sausage, very good homemade fries and very reasonable price, plus a delicious chestnut cake. Friendly waiters, go without hesitation.

19/07/2026: Superb restaurant of excellent quality. We came in 2016 and returned this June. Excellent. Ange is still fantastic, he hasn't changed a bit and still has his great sense of humor.
18/07/2026: A little stuffy, with little air circulation. The flavors were very Corsican, with mussels and cheese! Otherwise, it was very welcoming. A little pricey.

31/05/2026: Passing through Propriano, we went twice in a row as a group. The staff were very friendly, and the food was decent. We had a lovely time sitting on the terrace with its beautiful view of the port. We'll gladly return on our next road trip.

29/05/2026: A delight for our taste buds from start to finish with the charcuterie and tapas platter, the red wine, the chocolate fondant, and the myrtle liqueur.
Julien gave us a very warm welcome with a smile and offered excellent advice.

28/06/2026: Super friendly waitress, very kind, we ate well and the setting is great, a very good place.
25/06/2026: It was a nightmare finding decent food in this town. By chance, we stumbled upon this little place on our second day. The pizzas were fantastic, and it was the first time we'd ever felt truly full on Corsica. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good, satisfying meal.
The service was very friendly, and the restroom was spotless. We'll definitely be back next time.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Hotel Bartaccia.
25/04/2026: A lovely property for a pleasant stay.
A very pleasant view from our terrace and a very spacious bathroom.
The beds were comfortable.
Heated pool and plenty of sun loungers available.
The breakfast was plentiful; we thoroughly enjoyed it.
A place to remember.

12/04/2026: A traditional butcher shop with a wide selection of local products. A collection of antique meat grinders and equipment to see and share with children. Homemade sausages and terrines to sample. A visit is a must. Plus, there's a website for ordering and home delivery.
15/01/2026: I was very surprised by the welcome from this gentleman. He was going on vacation and offered me sausages without charging me anything. I ordered his prepared dishes and was very surprised; we thoroughly enjoyed them. I highly recommend him.

03/09/2024: Un restaurant désert, j’aurais du me poser des questions… j’ai mis cela sur le compte de la fin de saison. En fait une énorme arnaque au poisson entier. On vous présente un poisson entier pour deux, d’environ un kilo, on vous le prépare… et vous vous retrouvez avec 2 moitiés de filet dans vos assiettes. Proprement indécent. À fuir.
Apparemment les voisins qui ont commandé une demi langouste rôtie s’en sont mieux sortis… plus difficile de tricher!
20/08/2024: Grosse, très grosse déception pour cette dernière soirée à Propriano dans ce restaurant bien plus astronomique au niveau de l’addition que gastronomique s’agissant de la qualité des plats et du service client : Soupe « cherchez le poissons » coupée à l’eau, avec 3 croûtons durs qui se courent après et sans la rouille, l’agneau bien cuit mais peu goûtu accompagné de haricots blancs sans saveur et de jeunes carottes au goût de détergeant, une mousse de rillettes d’araignée de mer et de burrata sans intérêt gustatif.
30 minutes d’attente entre l’entrée et le plat… nous sommes partis avec le sentiment d’avoir été trompés au point d’aller manger notre dessert chez le glacier d’en face… tout comme nos voisins de table.
Mention « merci pour votre gentillesse » au jeune serveur Andrea, professionnel et sincère dans son attitude dans cette ambiance presque gênante de faux semblants.
